Lake side house rentals in Central Lake

The hosts were very responsive and communicative. The AC kind of went out and the hosts promptly got someone out to fix it. The setting was beautiful! We enjoyed a couple days on the boat (Northaire rentals), then did day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Mackinac Island and then a down day with the kayaks and SUP. My husband enjoyed fishing off the Dockside Pier. We enjoyed ice cream at Moomers, local cider at Royal Farms and our best meal at Toonie’s for Friday fish fry. Us southerners should have been better prepared for colder water and later seasons. The longer days also threw us for a loop but still a great first trip to Michigan!

Kelsey’s cabin in Maple City is very comfortable. It is clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. We felt at home as soon as we stepped into the house and wanted to extend our stay. Unfortunately it was all booked. We only stayed one night and got a few minutes to check out the dock by the water in the morning. Lime Lake is such a gem and this is a place we definitely will come back.

I cannot say enough. The host, the space and the location all made for one of my favorite stays ever! (Don’t rush to book though, I need to book again first! 😂)

The house was right on the lake and it was a great way to wake up in the morning. Jeffrey was available if needed and reached out to make sure we didn’t need anything during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at sunrise landing, our suite was very clean and thoughtfully put together. Dan was communicative and helpful. The kayak rental was reasonably priced and a lot of fun for my child. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

The Memory Maker was all that we hoped for and so much more. We had initially intended to find an Airbnb on Torch Lake but once we saw this place we booked it right away and it was the perfect choice. We still trailered the boat a quick ride to Torch for an adventure but spent the majority of our trick on Elk Lake and loved it. This Airbnb thought of everything and we wanted for nothing! We took our four adult children and their significants and our grandbaby and we all had plenty of room to enjoy our stay! Hank and Alaina

This was probably the coolest airbnb I have stayed at. Beautifully designed, very open, well stocked kitchen, it was amazing. I love that you could purchase candy and snacks, just a cute touch. It was the perfect place for us to spend our snow days :)

We have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years, my wife and I agreed this is absolutely the best one we have ever been in. The view on the 1st tee of The Legend is absolutely unreal no matter the time of day. Full wrap around balcony gives you panoramic views. Centrally located to the Lakeview Hotel and all of the golf courses, we couldn't have picked a better location. Dawn was responsive and allowed us an hour early check in to get our trip started. Clean all around, all everything we needed. Absolutely fantastic weekend all around. Thank you!!

Lindsay’s vacation home on Lake Charlevoix made for a beautiful getaway up north! Highly recommend staying here, wish we would’ve been able to stay longer than two nights. We will definitely be staying here in the near future again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home! It was perfectly set up for our two families of four, the layout gave us plenty of space to spread out, especially with the basement having its own bathroom and cozy family room. The fenced-in yard was a huge bonus for our dogs, giving them room to play safely while we relaxed. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the lake, and we had such a great time exploring the area. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic home! We loved everything about this place. Lots of space for our family of six. House was clean, stocked with lots of amenities. Linens, towels, board games, books, kitchen supplies.. We loved the beautiful view, deck, fire pit, dock, paddle board and kayak. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

This is a one of a kind property. It’s a safe place for the kids to run around and explore. We loved the disc golf so much.

We cannot say enough good things about your stay & Beth! My family was in town for our wedding & Beth was more than accommodating with early check in so we could get things going! While I had a busy weekend as the bride, Beth sent multiple messages checking in on us & letting us know if we needed anything to just reach out! Even my mother mentioned how amazing that the home had everything stocked & we didn’t need to bring a thing! Something that not every Airbnb offers. The home looked right out at the water, it was updated and such stunning features, lots of spacious areas & rooms, and truly the perfect place to reset during a busy weekend! We hope to stay with Beth at this stunning home again on our next trip to Traverse!

I was incredibly happy with our stay here and felt right at home. This might sound silly, but I love that they leave all of their cleaning supplies there so I could clean and vacuum throughout the week. I also loved how there was a closet with hangers, empty dressers, and a clothes hamper. I didn't have to feel like I was living out of my suitcase. I loved the design of the house, especially the kitchen. It's what really set this home apart from others for me. We brought our own paddle boards but the water was still pretty cold, so we opted to use the kayaks Brandi provided instead. We so appreciated that and it was such a short drive to the water! I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time on our honeymoon at spillway! They were super accommodating and the location was walking distance to downtown Bellaire. We made extra use of the sauna/cold plunge. The lodges are right by torch lake and within driving distance to Lake Michigan. We are already planning future stays here!

My husband and I stayed at Amber’s place with our 10 month old while visiting nearby family. It was clean, close to local restaurants/stores and perfect for our little getaway. We appreciated the clear check in/out instructions and amenities.

Will definitely come back for another stay. Katie and Ray were super friendly and very helpful during our trip. The Cottage was immaculate, cozy and homey. It felt like home away from home and the communication was superb. They had a fishing pole, kayaks and a premade fire pit ready for immediate use on the gorgeous lakeside. We would definitely recommend anyone to book this location!

Kitchen was very well equipped and had extras like dishwashing soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels and tissues. Front porch has nice chairs with cushions and a swing. We had one minor maintenance issue that was fixed promptly. Terri and Rick were very helpful with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. Barnes State Park Beach is a must-see. We rented a tri-toon from Torch Lake Pontoon Rentals and they did a very nice job, too. Overall, excellent experience.

We had a great time staying at Ryan's place. Very quiet, scenic surroundings and not far from Charlevoix and Petoskey. The house is very clean, welcoming and stocked with everything you need. Highly recommended!

Great, quite location. Well equipped and clean. Our dog loved the big yard to run while we relaxed on the nice deck. It's very dark at night, take a big basket for all the stars. Loved it, thanks Michelle

We recently stayed at this breathtaking Airbnb, and I can’t say enough about how perfect it was! The house itself is beautifully well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. After a long day, we gathered around the firepit to enjoy the warmth and make s’mores. It was a magical way to end the evenings, and the hosts provided all the tools and ingredients we needed to make the experience perfect.
