Great spot very close to the beach, only a 5 min walk down the road. Lovely little outdoor area great for BBQs. Staff at George brand were great to deal with.

Aloha at Noraville was the perfect spot for our New Year getaway. The property offered breathtaking views, and its central location made it easy to access Tuggerah Lakes for fishing and water activities. It was just a short drive to various amenities, including shops and cafes, and provided convenient access to the beautiful Hargreaves Beach. The home itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially loved the outdoor space, which was ideal for relaxing and soaking in the views. Kim was an outstanding host—very responsive and welcoming. She provided clear and easy-to-follow check-in and check-out instructions, making the whole process seamless. Overall, Aloha at Noraville offered a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had the most wonderful stay here at the beach house. We had family over from the UK and family travel down from up the coast and we all stayed in the big, wonderful house all together. It’s a great place to stay if there are a few of you and especially if you have children, or if you just want to be somewhere relaxing and beautiful. The kids bunk bed room was a big hit for our kids and all the water activity toys too! The garden literally steps onto the beach and the balcony overlooks the headland and the crashing waves, it is stunning. Just a short stroll away is a cute little bakery with great coffee and there are a few restaurants and shops if you need necessities. My family and I all had a trip to remember!

Jess and Jonas's place was absolutely perfect for our last minute family getaway (family of five with three children - 6, 8, 10 years). We were expecting terrible weather so chose a large house with entertainment spaces. The table tennis and pool table were fantastic fun, along with an unexpected selection of great board games. We enjoyed that the bedrooms were comfortable; there were several quiet spaces for everyone to read and a gorgeous deck for afternoon drinks watching the sunset. The weather ended up being gorgeous so we also enjoyed local beaches, cafes, markets, kayaking and paddle-boarding nearby. Avoca is a gorgeous place to visit, and this house was perfect for our family. We'd return happily with grandparents in tow - it's big enough. We opted for on-street parking to keep the garage free for table tennis and it was very easy to always get a parking spot.

We had a fantastic stay at this property - the space is very modern and full of natural light. The pool was refreshing and great after long days. my friends and I loved staying here and will definitely be back!!

Abi’s place was fantastic for our girls weekend away. Abi was a responsive host who listened to any feedback or questions I had over our stay. Would stay again.

We stayed for the long weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The place was spacious, kitchen was well equipped and the check in was easy. we appreciated the kids room being equipped with toys and games and backyard games and activities for the garden as well. The only improvement we could suggest is winter doonas for the bedrooms or extra heating in the winter months as it got very cold overnight. The air conditioning unit located in the lounge / dining was good for warming up that space.

Pool was well used by our 5 yr old and the outdoor fireplace for roasting marshmallows was a hit! House was completely as advertised. Lots of room to spread out Great communication from the hosts too. Recommend the bowlo for an easy night out too. Super walkable and excellent meals
