Vacation rentals with a patio in Central Athens Regional Unit

Veldig fin leilighet, og ser ut som på bildene. Skiller seg kraftig fra resten av blokken, da leiligheten er veldig fin og moderne, men blokken og omgivelsene er noe slitne. Det eneste som trekker vår tur ned er plasseringen. Selv om det er nært det meste, og alt er ca. 10-15 min gåtur unna, så var det noe ubehagelig på kvelden. Bylivet slutter 2-3 gater lengre oppe og det merkes på byggene rundt og atmosfæren. Vi opplevde ikke noe skummelt personlig, men atmosfæren var ikke topp. Et lite tips: heisen er veldig liten og man burde ikke ta den ved eventuell heisfrykt. Vi var uforberedt på hvor brått den stoppet, og det tok oss 2-3 dager å bli vandt til det. Alt i alt, vi er veldig fornøyde med oppholdet og kunne anbefalt det til andre!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Traveling from the states, we spent a lot of time researching the best location to stay in, in Athens. The location was spot on. The apartment is located in such a lively spot, and is walkable to everything. It’s also steps from the metro entrance which is super convenient if that’s your method or transportation (as it was ours). The place had everything we needed for our stay and then some. It felt clean and super modern inside! It was evident that it was hosted by someone who spared no expense when equipping the place for air bnb. We didn’t take advantage of the hot tub or washing machine, but both were nice options to have. Outside balcony feels more spacious than pictures reflect. The unit is on the 5th floor but has an easy to use lift. Host was kind and quick to respond, and also sent a lot of good information about the area as well! The welcome gift was an appreciated touch ! We would not hesitate to rent again! Thank you Dreamin Athens!

Schönes, kleines Apartment mitten in einem Viertel mit vielen guten Restaurants. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar, zwei U-Bahn Haltestellen nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Mehrere gute Kaffee Bars innerhalb von 3 Minuten erreichbar. Das Apartment ist das sauberste Airbnb welches ich je hatte! Tolle Dachterrasse und super freundlicher Host. Danke Panos!

This Airbnb was in a great location! It’s a short walk to the acropolis and surrounded by many amazing restaurants! The host was extremely responsive, helpful, and welcoming! We would absolutely stay again.

I had such a wonderful stay at Evgenia’s place in Athens. From the very beginning, she was warm, communicative, and incredibly helpful—her check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made arrival stress-free. She was also flexible and kind, which I deeply appreciated after a long day of travel. The apartment itself is just as beautiful as the photos, if not more so, and the view of the Acropolis truly took my breath away. Waking up to that skyline was unforgettable. The whole experience felt peaceful, comfortable, and thoughtfully hosted. I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending it to friends and fellow travelers without hesitation. Mate’s place was perfect for our long weekend in Athens, the chic, vibrant neighbourhood a perfect base for both seeing the sites and visiting friends. We were rather late arriving, and Mate was so helpful and attentive, with excellent communications making sure we got in all right. The apartment was comfortable, stylish, and with everything one could need - the first stay of many, I hope!

Wir waren eine Woche in der Wohnung und hatten eine tolle Zeit in Athen. Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage, war super ausgestattet, sehr schön eingerichtet und man hatte viel Platz! Es war alles da was man brauchte. Wir waren sehr begeistert und werden gerne wiederkommen :)

Great location, close to many restaurants and historical sites. Renata’s place is tidy, comfy bed and clean bathroom. She is quick to respond to messages too.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Marios ! tout était très propre et bien agencé. Marios et sa mère étaient très serviables et réactifs vis à vis de tout nos besoins. nous ne pouvons que recommande ce logement ! encore merci !!

This was a great stay for the price! A nice walk into the city center, (15 min) but the restaurants around the corner are way better than in the city center and better prices for the quality! Very local restaurants! I only wish the WiFi had been better, was very spotty

Katerina was super easy to communicate with and very prompt. We loved the quirky stone cottage and especially having some outside space. The location would be hard to beat. We walked everywhere. Lots of great places to eat and drink and the immediate area has a very local feel. Would stay again for sure!

Όμορφο και ευρύχωρο σπίτι σε ήσυχη γειτονιά. Πραγματικά το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και η οικοδέσποινα πολύ ευγενική, μας επέτρεψε να φύγουμε ότι ώρα θέλαμε την επόμενη μέρα και το εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα.

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

We had an amazing stay enjoying the beautiful roof terrace, local market, restaurants and harbour beach. Panayotis and his family was very kind and helpful, we would love to come back.

Enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Description and photos accurate. Very clean and nice. Has washing machine outside and area to hang dry clothing. Loved the outdoor space. Only complaint (which are at no fault of the host) is if you have neighbors in the Airbnb Nextdoor, you may hear them. Only other fyi for other guests is that we had x2 full sized luggage and x2 travel backpacks, and since the space was small it was hard to move around with open luggage, but that is our fault for not thinking about that and wasn’t much of an issue for us since we didn’t spend much time in the apartment except for sleeping. Just things to consider! Otherwise a very enjoyable stay. Host was also kind, and responsive. Apartment is very close to the metro station and only a couple stops away from tourist attractions. Safe, and quiet area. Lots of nice coffee places and a pharmacy around the corner. Thank you!

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. It was much larger than expected and I wish we could have stayed longer. The private courtyard and outdoor dining area provided a great sanctuary from the busy city at the end of a long day. The furnishings and decor were very nice, new and well designed, we were extremely comfortable. The location was great with everything the old city in walking distance but also just outside the super busy tourist area, felt more like a local neighborhood with lots of younger residents and businesses. Our favorite part was the restaurant run by the owners a few blocks away. It was FANTASTIC and possibly our best meal in Greece, already trying to recreate the baby potatoes.

We had the best stay! The location was absolutely perfect, close enough to everything you want to see on your trip but also felt enough away from the city town that you felt safe and quiet. The place was perfectly clean and was equipped with high tech appliances. We loved this place! 10/10 recommend!

Zhana was one of the best hosts we’ve had the pleasure of using through this platform. She was extremely helpful and always responsive to any questions we had. Regarding the apartment, it looks better in person than in the pictures. The neighbourhood is quiet but close to many restaurants and the metro which gets you anywhere you need to go in Athens. The patio was a favourite of ours, having such a large, private outdoor space in the middle of the city was amazing. Bed was comfy, all appliances and finishes looked nearly new, we had zero issues with this place during our 5 night stay

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Athènes ! L’emplacement est parfait : en plein centre-ville, à deux pas du métro Metaxourghio, tout en étant très calme et paisible. L’appartement est lumineux, très bien décoré, impeccablement propre et parfaitement bien équipé.Tout est pensé pour le confort, y compris le lit très confortable et les volets électriques pour un sommeil reposant. Mention spéciale à Kostis, d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle : réactif, attentionné et vraiment soucieux de notre bien-être. On sent que le logement est entretenu avec soin et amour. Je recommande sans hésitation, et je reviendrai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain passage à Athènes !

This was a great place for staying in Athens. The location is prefect - close to the acropolis, museums, public transport, and walkable. The apartment was spotless, great amenities and easy access. Our host was a wonderful host with good recommendations and always very responsive. Would highly recommend staying here and will look to stay again on our next trip to Athens.
