Townhome vacation rentals in Central Athens Regional Unit

The house was ideal for our family with two almost adult sons. We enjoyed the spacy rooms and also the piano. With a rented car, the accomodation is an ideal place to discover Athes, Aticca and Parnitha national park

We were really happy to stay in Amalia Residences 1. My family and I stayed there for 40 days, during the summer of 2018. We had friends occasionally staying over, mostly with kids the same age as my son - 5 year old. We loved the clean pool that albeit shared between the residences, it is practically private. We had it on our own all day (and night!) long. There are sun beds and umbrellas around the pool area, as well as a shower and lots of flowers. The house has a cool architecture, with one room at each half-level (hard to explain). Caution: the house is not suitable for people with mobility/knee issues because of the stairs from one room to the other. All necessary amenities are available - and some more that we never got to use. Laundry machines are at a separate building. We had a problem with one of the air conditioning units, and it was fixed less than 24 hours after we mentioned it. In general the owner is kind and helped us in any question or issue we had. We loved our stay and we look forward to visiting again.

Panos, Oksana's husband welcomed us and was available for questions or others throughout. The complex is in Pasha Bay, not far from the centrality of Lavrio and a short walk to the beach. A car allows you to visit the area, go to the taberns and make the most beautiful beaches in the area, bikes could also do the trick but the main road does not allow you to drive with children. The pool is open from 10 to 13h and from 17h30 to 20h which is quite common in Greece (the world stops during nap time, but it may be that some neighbors fans of gardening do not stop). The house matches the photos and description very well, nothing is missing and everything works. The terrace enjoys the scent of flowers and the view from the Aegean. We highly recommend it!

A wonderful, tranquil escape from the crowds of Athens. We loved the spacious grounds, private access to the beach and proximity to the airport. A supermarket directly across the street and restaurants only 200m down the road all contributed to a very stress-free, relaxing stay. We would definitely return!

Kim was there to let us in and show us around. The home is clean and due to the ground source heat pump the A/C is always running and the house stays wonderfully cool. The lower ground floor has an American sized king sized bed along with a full bathroom, additional toilet and washer. The ground floor is open plan living room and kitchen and easy to relax in and enjoy! The first floor bedroom has metal blinds which when shut at night block out road noise and light. The top floor bedroom is only accessible via lift but there are emergency stairs available. It has a nice open patio. Kim was very responsive to all our requests and any concerns he attended to right away. It was a pleasure staying at the home and there was ample parking nearby on the street just before and behind the block. The beach clubs, restaurants and grocery stores were a quick drive down the street and, overall, it was a lovely and pleasant stay.

The place was fantastic and the service from the hosts was amazing. They carefully planned for our arrival and someone waiting to great us. The place is close to most sites it’s perfect for to see Athens.

We stayed at Athens Attica as three families, 11 people in total, and the house was absolutely perfect for us. It was spacious, comfortable, and never felt crowded. The location was peaceful and very private, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Athens. We especially loved the roof deck, a brilliant spot for morning coffee or evening conversations with a view. The kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for a large group. Our hosts, Maria and Manolis, were incredibly friendly and generous. Manolis even brought us a bowl of fresh fruit and berries from the garden, along with eggs from the chickens that morning. These personal touches made our stay feel extra special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

The place was fantastic for a group trip!! Everyone has their space and slept really well; the bath outside is amazing; you have a little kitchen and everything!!! I recommend 100%

Host was very responsive. The place looks like the photo. Clean. Good location near restaurants. It’s on the first floor but is quiet and u slept well. Because the unit is on the first floor and faces the back, there is not a lot of light but that was not a problem for me.

I don't know where to start... the house was 10 times better than in photos, huge massive living space, nice furniture, comfortable bathrooms for every bedroom and even more which was not even mentioned. Amazing balconies all around the house and astonishing backyard with well maintained garden and grill. This house is amazing for a big friend group and also families who want to have private time. All the kitchen utilities works well, every window and door has a protecting net preventing the insects to come in. In the house there is provided everything that you may need. The location is also very convenient, the biggest supermarket in the town is just 5min walk away, also amazing beaches, port, cafes and restaurants. You can easily go to nicest islands from the port. Local area provides many restaurants for seafood lovers. The overall experience was better than excepted. Constantine was friendly and helpful . Definitely suggesting to friends and coming back myself...

We would definitely stay here again in the future, but next time for a longer duration.

A truly unique place with lots of space and great architecture and furnished with all time classic style Not suitable for families with very small kids to my opinion, because of stairs ,hard surfaces etc but for the rest I thoroughly recommend it Near by there are a kiosk and supermarket for the basic needs,you can use the efood application for food delivery,coffee etc its quite but not isolated The house has everything you would expect and more from salt and pepper,spices,Shower gel to wifi 2 large tvs etc .If we need large space in Athens in the future I will definitely would book it again.. A few things to improve on the bedding and also a leak in the bathroom. Otherwise this place is nice, and I imagine it is even more pleasant in summer since it is semi-buried.

Hostess Annita is a lady who manages and cares for her accommodation full of passion and dedication. You can also notice that in terms of the tasteful decor and the decorations, where flowers and plants are her passion. She really makes you feel at home and does everything she can to make you feel at home. We have great value for her! The apartment is exactly as in the photos and will certainly not disappoint you. The apartment is at a short walking distance (5 minutes) from a very large shopping complex with a MacDonalds, XXL supermarket, gas station and various residential shops nearby. The beach is about 20 minutes walk and the metro idem. By subway you are within fifteen minutes in the center of Athens (Akropolli or Syntagma metro station).

Georgiana and her husband kindly hosted me and my partner last minute after we had a ferry cancelled. They were very hospitable and kind to let us in late too. Lovely room for the night much appreciated!!
