Near to beach, nice place between the mountains. We checked in late and the checkin was smooth

The villa was absolutely beautiful and my family and I had an incredible time staying over. We especially enjoyed how clean and nice the pool provided was. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Greece.

Notre hôte est très réactif, avec de bons conseils sur les restaurants et autres activités de la région. Nous avons passé un agréable moment. A lovely villa apartment on the lower floor of two storey building., very centrally located, but still private and very enclosed for peacefulness. access to the house had a gate and a private car park, which added extra convenience as we travelled by car. house had everything you would need, maybe need some more kitchen utensils, lacked on knifes and tools etc... but otherwise pretty ideallic and family friendly and very tastefully fldecorted throughout. we would definitely be back and recommend to others.

We had a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations! A heartfelt thank you to the hosts, who were incredibly welcoming and always easy to communicate with. On our arrival, we were delighted to find a lovely assortment of treats left by the hosts, waiting for us in the fridge—fresh fruits, delicious marmalade, bread, and some drinks, including wine. also some exquisite local olive oil and cookies. The house is beautifully decorated, with charming rooms that felt like a fairy tale. Our kids loved it, especially with the many toys ,English books and the lovely treehouse in the garden. It truly felt like a magical getaway! Equipped with everything we could need, the house provided us with towels and swimming pool towels, as well as toiletries like shampoo and shower gel. We visited in late October when the weather was a pleasant 22 degrees, allowing us to bask in the sun by the pool. We also made unforgettable memories enjoying a barbecue and soaking in the jacuzzi. Delightful!

Athanasios was a great host providing great communication and friendly interactions. His place was the perfect option for our stay. There are several restaurants and bars around, and some of the restaurants are open 24 hours. Just down the street is a small but beautiful park, and across the street is a great friendly local grocery. On a sunny day, the penthouse-level balcony is a great place to take your laptop and check in on work, while in the evening, it offers breathtaking views of the sunset and gorgeous Athenian mountains. Athanasios even sent along some of his home grown oranges when delivering fresh linens. We would highly recommend staying in any of Athanasios properties.

Everything was perfect. Amazing location, near everything (transports, attractions…) you can explore Athens by foot easily. The house is super cozy and clean. Full o amenities ( slippers, ropes, kitchen supplies, bathroom amenities,…). The jacuzzi was a big plus. Would stay again for sure and I wish I stayed more time.

It was fantastic. I loved that robes were also provided— such a luxurious added detail. It was a wonderful place to return to after long days of walking. The only thing I would keep in mind to future guests is that the bathroom is tiny and may be difficult if you have more than 1 person with you. But, honestly, this place is so thought out! I’m big on having a comfortable bed and pillows when staying anywhere, and this place had both! Highly recommend and definitely would stay again.

Eagles Nest ist ein kleines Juwel und ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen der einen Trip nach Athen plant . Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. A lovely and very spacious up-scale apartment. Very modern and fully smart- automated. Giacomo was always responsive and helpful, which I very much appreciated. Excellent location, short walk to the shops and restaurants in Glyfada, but also tucked away from the busy streets. Short walk to the beaches, and I loved the walking path near the shores. This apartment is a cut above the rest and deserves its high price.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The location is great for those using public transportation or those wanting to be close to a taxi stand. Check in and check out was simple and allowed for flexibility.
