Cleaning charge is a one-time fee. When renting to more than 6, each additional person is an additional $50 with an additional cleaning fee of $60. Parties under 6 may use bunkhouse for extra $60 cleaning fee.

Right outside your door take pleasure in a peaceful walk with breathtaking mountain views, colorful vegetation, and the occasional animal sighting.

Located 2 miles above the town of Centennial, WY and only 1 mile from the Snowy Range of the Medicine Bow Routt National Forest you will feel close to everything you could want to do in the mountains. Pickleball courts are regularly utilized by the owners...feel free to join in (at your own risk). Parking limited to a max of 2 vehicles and NO TRAILERS.
