1032 sq ft, 2bed/2bath condo fully furnished near the heart of DTC! Easy access to I-25 and walking distance to the Dry Creek light rail station. Close to Park Meadows and everything else in DTC! Beautiful condo in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Main living area has wood floors, open kitchen with granite counters, wood cabinets and breakfast bar. Comfy leather sofa/recliner. Community Pool (open during summer) and workout facility. No parties allowed and have strict noise control in the evening.
