Our Deluxe Studio consists of an extra large bedroom on it's own private floor at the very top of the building with two large queen beds and two windows with a nice view of the jungle canopy. A cozy living room with a large window facing the main road (where you can often see small toucans) and your private dining area and a full bathroom with free toiletries. It also has a well equipped kitchenette with coffee machine and free coffee. A four burners stovetop, kitchenware and a small fridge.

I had such a great time at the villa! Both pools were awesome, one for chilling in the sun and the rooftop one with amazing views. The grill was perfect for cooking in the evenings. The whole place was super comfy, peaceful, and had everything I needed. I seriously didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back!

Lillian is a beautiful soul inside and out !! She was very responsive and helpful with local ideas . The place was beautiful and peaceful. Not far from the beach, not far from town . We met thunder and her in person upon arrival, and we just laughed! Felt like I’d known them my whole life ! Thank you for letting me celebrate my birthday at your place !!! We will definitely be back , and looking at her other rentals !! We appreciate a host like you !!

Second time visiting this beautiful place I recommend staying at Andres walkable to restaurants , stores & the Aldo bus station so getting around was super easy and beautiful location lots to do there is rental scooters , four wheelers just down the street from Andres & it’s 10-20 mins away from Cenotes & other great accommodations that suits me. Very worth staying ❤️

If you are reading this review considering booking this location - DO IT. I was solo traveling for nearly 2 weeks and this was such a safe and peaceful home. A friend joined me the last 4 days and we explored cenotes, spent time at beach clubs, and even explored a bit of the area. Highly recommend a car or scooter since it is a bit more off the beaten path. Only a quick trip down a couple dirt roads to a main thoroughfare, but far enough that there is no street noise. Spectacular. But it is a quick trip to many cenotes, and the beach is not far at all. The outdoor space was the site of so many meals and cocktails, and everyone that works for the property is incredibly kind. I want to buy a villa here permanently. And Anna is the most gracious and welcoming host anyone could ask for. Just WOW across the board. I cried when I had to leave.
