The house on the shore is a spacious and comfortable apartment located on the sea in an elegant building from the 1920s of the last century. Just two steps separate it from the famous beach. It has just been completely renovated with modern building techniques that make it fresh and quiet. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort. The slightly elevated position allows you to have a great view of the sea even when the cabins of the beach resorts in front are set up.

Posizione strategica a 12 minuti dal mare di Alassio e dal centro storico medioevale di Albenga, a 8 minuti dal casello autostradale e dal Golf Club Garlenda .

The newly built house is spread over an area of 80 sqm. It is strategically located just a 10-minute drive from Alassio and Albenga. It's perfect for those who want to hike or mountain bike. It has a large living room, equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, elegant bathrooms, a garden, a terrace and a garage.

Far from the noise of the street, but convenient to all the most important services (pharmacy 700 m.) and overlooks a beautiful garden: the remains of a Roman villa. A few steps away is the condominium swimming pool, located in a relaxing setting and with panoramic views, offered free of charge to our guests.

The choice of farm is a way to spend holidays or a weekend in the countryside, surrounded by nature, with roosters singing, ancient paths where you can take long and pleasant walks, aperitifs and outdoor dinners with fiery sunsets and starry skies to admire in the night silence. The proximity to the sea, the river, the woods make it a strategic place to appreciate the surrounding area. Our homes are located inside an ancient stone village.

We are happy to share with you our little paradise where you can recharge your soul. The breathtaking view is visible from all three terraces, where you can read a good book, take a nap or enjoying a nice massage in the whirlpool. Leave your daily life aside and enjoy the peace and just be. Thats why we named the place Bara Vara. Note that everything is included (no bad surprices with additional costs for cleaning, electricity, water etc)
