Saint Rémy Sur Durolle Cottage

Charming cottage on a 300 m2 fenced plot, located in a 2 ha wooded park (private petanque court). Guests will have access to a pleasant terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Equipped with a kitchen, TV, reversible air conditioning, sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests and a car charging station. The water body with recreational base (pedal boat, paddle board, electric scooter...), tennis, padel, restaurants, wellness center and swimming pool are 300 m from the accommodation.

The lake cottage

Chalet of 36 m2 with its private garden of 400 m. You will enjoy a living room with lounge and equipped kitchen, The bedroom offers a 140 cm double bed with its wardrobe, The convertible living room sofa can accommodate 2 guests. Immediate access to the lake with its many activities: restaurant, swimming pool, tennis, pedal boat, paddle and SPA at the Les Bois Noirs center. Access to the A89 exit 30 in 10 minutes, Thiers 12 minutes, Clermont Ferrand 45 minutes, Vichy 40 minutes.

Upstairs you will have 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 bed 1 bedroom, 140 x 190 bed 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 1 shower room (walk-in shower and double sinks). Wifi permanently cut off (except in emergencies) for less frequent disturbances, no TV but video projectors for movie buffs. Large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Rentable by the room (3 bedrooms and 3 different prices) or as a self-catering cottage (I live in another building).

Our comfortable apartment is close to the capital of cutlery Thiers and the St Rémy sur Durolle lake, it will allow you to discover Puy de Dôme and the Livradois Forez Regional Natural Park. Just 35 minutes from Clermont Ferrand (5 minutes from the A89). It is equipped with a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, 4 burners, dishwasher, kitchenware and 2-seater sofa bed), a bedroom (double bed, air conditioning) and a bathroom/WC.

In a quiet hamlet overlooking Chabreloche you will have 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a sheltered terrace. a large play area (ping pong, foosball) THE HEATED POOL is ACCESSIBLE from EASTER to ALL SAINTS'. No disabled access.
