Needed a place to decompress after visiting Family and this was the perfect spot! We really enjoyed being able to play pool in the garage! What a great surprise! Let’s do it again!

My family and I came to visit and celebrate my son's 2nd birthday. 16 adults and 3 children. The home was so spacious and full of activities and amenities to enjoy: pool, gameroom, theater. We never felt like we needed to leave. My 12yo son and his older cousins even was able to go to the neighborhood basketball court to shoot around (within walking distance). Beautiful home, very clean, plenty of kitchen supplies, beach/pool towels in laundry room. highly suggest staying here if you're looking for a true R&R vacation. couple of suggestions (small, but noteworthy) surround sound in theater or at least sound bar. stairwell had a few cracks in finishing which were covered by tape and shelves in fridge do were broken. all which could've potentially came from previous family staying and owner wasn't able to fix/replace in time. otherwise - definitely stay here if you are vacationing with a large family! We will love to come back and stay here again. perfect!

Me and my 4 children had a great stay at Christian's. Restful when we needed a break from the heat and lines of Universal and between the movie theater and pool kept everyone very entertained. Would definitely look to rebook this home in the future.

Great place to stay. Close to Disney and Universal. A lot of food choices very close by. Pool was fantastic! Very clean house and I felt right at home. A lot of space for our family. Neighborhood was good and I felt very safe. Would stay again!!!

Just got back from an 8 night stay at Margrets place. Unfortunately our flights were delayed and so we didn’t reach the resort until 2.30am, I was worried we wouldn’t be able to get into the resort, but the chap on the gate got us through fine with margrets instructions. House was easy to find with Google. House was beautiful, just like the photos. Beds were all comfortable and bedding pristine. Perfect home away from home. Everything you needed was there and more. Host responsive when we contacted regarding the bbq and offered to attended etc. pool and hot tub lovely. Really safe, quiet community. We didn’t use the resort pools etc so cannot comment on those. Lots of restaurants close by, took about 45 mins to the parks with the traffic. Walmart not far and had everything required to stock up. Instructions in the home were great and explained bin days etc so we knew when they needed to go out. Teens loved the pool table. Throughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t Hesitate to go back.

This was a perfect home-away-from-home vacation spot! Our hosts, Brent and Stephanie, were amazing! They were responsive, helpful, and attentive to our needs as guests. The location is ideal for accessing theme parks and taking a little excursion to the beach. The pool was superb for some downtime at "home," and the house was spotless. My favorite part was the swing in the dining area. It was precious! We made many beautiful memories, and the house, our hosts, and the location were all part of this process. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this location. Not too far from food or stores. Target just around the corner for your last minute needs. Felt right at home🫶🏽

We didn’t know the gem we were getting h til we walked into this beautiful home. My heart was immediately relieved to see how organized, clean and home like this space was. Our kids were comfortable, my MIL was at ease, it was a great location to get around. My MILK insisted we needed a vacation home of our own, just like this villa. If ever we need to come back to Orlando, we would choose this place again and again.

We absolutely loved our stay @magicalmagnoliamanor!! Beautiful and clean! We felt right at home. So close to Disney world. My kids loved to Star Wars game room, and the Harry Potter and lion king rooms! The minion bathroom was a hit for sure! Meredith and Josh were fantastic hosts! They gave us so many recommendations for food and activities. We especially loved the spirit of the swap airboat tours. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Florida.

They were extremely friendly and responsive. The Airbnb felt even nicer than the photos. Quick and easy drive to Disney and local stores not far away.

This is by far the best short-term rental I have stayed in within and outside the U.S. There’s a reason she has great reviews/rating. Very clean house and pool with all the listed amenities in great shape and host was very responsive. You have nothing to worry about. Book it now! We’ll be back at some point for sure 😎

The house was very roomy, comfortable, and cozy. The theater room was very comfortable. I loved this whole weekend and so did the other 8 girls in my party. You will not be disappointed with this place.

We had an amazing stay! As a family of three, we had more than enough space to relax and enjoy ourselves. The home was exactly as pictured—spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The pool was perfect, especially for our 2.5-year-old, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, which made it even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic—an easy drive to Disney and plenty of great restaurants nearby. Hanna was incredibly helpful and organized, providing us with all the details we needed before arrival, so we didn’t even need to reach out during our stay. We’ll absolutely be back the next time we visit Disney!

Our family of six loved staying at Fabio’s house! It was very spacious, especially the kitchen and living area and the master bedroom suite. There was plenty of room for everyone and the additional living area upstairs is an added bonus (the kids enjoyed the PlayStation games in this space). Everything worked well, from dishwasher and washing machine to the air conditioning, we didn’t have any major issues! It’s a very comfortable home! We had a problem fixing the table tennis net in the games room, but enjoyed playing with the dartboard instead! We loved the outside swimming pool and this was a good temperature in June. There was a little bit of noise from families using the pool areas of the surrounding houses, but that didn’t bother us…… We walked up to the Solstice restaurant on our first night and the food, drinks and friendly service was excellent. It’s great to have the big pool and other facilities just a five minute walk away. Fabio is an excellent host!

We would really recommend Casa Breeze. From the first day of check in, Kaine was always quick to respond to any questions we had. It was a perfect stay for us and had everything we needed. It was very clean and had no issues.

This was a great place to stay. House was clean and host was very accommodating. We ran into issues with the pool/jacuzzi but thankfully our host was responsive and fixed it right away.

The house was lovely. In a great neighborhood. Clean and fully stocked with games and things to do for the kids. Enough beds for every “body”. All kids had their choice of beds! Even the baby! it was awesome to have crib and small stroller. I wish I would have known about the access to stroller. We could have saved space in the SUV and not brought ours. 😉 Sarah was very responsive to any questions that I had. I would stay there again and plan more time “at home” so the kids could enjoy time in the pool.

We had a fantastic time here at Five Star Host (Home in Davenport) place! it was nice and cozy and really felt like home, location was perfect for Disneyland/Universal for all the them parks nearby. Five Star was very responsive and provided all the information we needed. Would absolutely recommend to others.

Beautiful home , exactly as in the photos. Outside space especially is amazing with sun on the pool all day. Home was spotless and modern and very well equipped with everything you’d need. Community not gated but felt safe. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions. Short drive to parks. Would definitely stay again.

Luis was a amazing host his response time was very quick. I would recommend his davenport place to anyone, It was our first time here and he made our dreams come true with the airbnb. It was exactly like the pictures and provided lots of things for us including towels, utensils, etc.

Nice house the kids enjoyed the game room and pool. Will definitely stay here again
