It was great the only thing I recommend is a new shower head maybe a detachable one that has more pressure, other than that the stay was great

The apartment was very clean and had everything we could need. There were so many little extras in the apartment that it was obvious that a lot of thought has gone into setting it up. If someone is very tall however they might have trouble sleeping in the trundle bed as it is quite short. I loved the blinds that can fold down from the top to let in daylight but also allow for privacy. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was a great unit for a couple. It has a large living space with a full kitchen and a comfortable sitting area. The bed was very comfortable. It is in a country location, so it is very quiet, but only ten minutes from downtown and the university. Rose was a great host We look forward to returning.

This is a charming little house on a quiet dead-end street in Iowa City. Except for the occasional helicopter or plane, you wouldn’t know you were in the city. The Japanese house was gorgeous and serene. The kitchen was smart and well-stocked with cooking tools. The bedroom and loft were cozy and comfortable. Everything was very clean Petra was a great communicator, quickly responding to every question I asked and providing helpful instructions. She was also gracious and helpful when I needed to cancel the last day of our stay. Avoid staying in the wastelands of Coralville and Tiffin and treat yourself to this stay the next time you find yourself in Iowa City!

Plenty of room for my work trip. Nice quiet Cedar Rapids neighborhood with all the amenities. 5 minutes from downtown.

This place is a gem! We initially rented the house for out of town family attending our son’s high school graduation party … which ended up taking place in a separate building on the property! Plenty of space for a bounce house & green space for the little (and bigger) kids to run & play. It was the perfect solution & home-base for all those that gathered. - John was accommodating in our shifting timelines, very responsive to questions & also was proactive in anticipating our needs & questions. All who stayed here said they would stay again. We HIGHLY recommend!!

This was our first ever AirBnB stay and it didn’t disappoint! This cute and charming little home was perfect for our family of 5 and dog. To be honest, it was pricier than it was worth for us, only because we barely spent any time there. Most of our time was spent with family off site. But, we knew that would be the case going into it. We would make one suggestion, to add optional foam mattress toppers in the rooms. All of the beds are very, very firm. But, we would rent this again! Great overall experience and great communication with the hosts! Thank you!

Very beautiful home! It was very clean. They responded right away with any questions that I had. Absolutely love the area. It was so nice seeing the deer on the golf course. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Milena was very communicative and made sure the house was spotless when we arrived. She was helpful throughout our month-long stay with any small requests we had. The house is in a great, safe neighborhood—just a short walk to two parks—and fully stocked with all the amenities we needed. Everything was super clean and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again!

Lovely space in a GREAT location. We appreciated the space to spread out and plenty of sleeping options. It was a treat to be able to get to all the cute stores and restaurants within minutes of a short walk, especially Uptown Snug.

We had a great stay at Aaron’s place while in Iowa City to visit our daughter. This unit isn’t huge, but with the great views/ windows and the 2nd full bath (a nice perk!), it seemed very spacious. Comfy beds, plenty of seating areas, nice sofa/loveseat. Baths had fluffy towels and showers stocked w/ shampoo etc. Whole place was very clean and all kitchen appliances incl coffee maker/toaster seemed new. Ice-maker and washer/dryer were a nice surprise too! And the underground parking space you get in the bldg across the street is key. Also if you’re unfamiliar w/ Iowa City, this location is AMAZING. Just a few min walk to campus and all the bars/restaurants. Plus literally right outside bldg there are fantastic options for coffee, snacks, bfast (Bluebird Cafe), lunch (Hamburg Inn) and dinner (The Webster.) The side street (Linn) is also blocked off spring to fall with tables … a great spot to bring your coffee! Don’t hesitate to rent; Aaron’s place has everything you need and more …!

Ross and Hope were extremely responsive and were so easy to work with! The condo is gorgeous, very inviting, open and comfortable! Our beds were super comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped if you choose to stay in a prepare your own meal! The location is fabulous! Great restaurants within walking distance, a lovely wine and cheese bar across the street, two coffee shops in the neighborhood as well a couple iconic restaurants!! The Hamburg Inn for milk shakes and Pagliai’s for pizza, and the top restaurant, The Webster, right downstairs on the street level. We would absolutely stay here again!

My daughter and I stayed for a few days and we couldn't be happier with our stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean and so comfortable! Kyle was so helpful and very responsive to our questions, and just so kind! We enjoyed everything and we really had a lovely time. Thank you so much!

Erin was super responsive and helpful, the instructions were clear as day, the description of the stay was accurate and exactly as expected. Very affordable and perfect for my husband, 4 mo old baby and I as we stopped to visit friends.

A beautiful space and great location, close to Downtown but also with places to eat and drink right outside your door. Condo is gorgeous and well appointed. We would stay there again!

Great place to stay! Our family and puppy had a great time, it felt like home! Earl was a great host who always responded quickly! Check-out process was easy too (not a ton of cleaning required). We will stay again on our next visit to the town!
