House vacation rentals in Cedar Rapids

Ethan and Stephanie are great hosts. They communicated daily to make sure we were ok and also offered any assistance should we need it. Ethan also worked on getting the pool cleaned, sanitized and ready for our family to enjoy (earlier than normal) which my kids really appreciated. They were also accommodating when asked if we could add 2 more guests to our booking, a very reasonable fee was added but that was understandable. Theres a lot to do here! We spent most of our time in the back yard palying games, swimming, having a meal or just simply lounging and enjoying each others company. We highly recommend Ethans place! Our family enjoyed it and Im sure yours will too!!

We came prepared to make food and beverages for a grandchild’s graduation. Kitchen was well stocked and I didn’t need most of my gear. Kitchen and bathroom linens were stocked and ready to go! Even beach towels if you wanted to go to the pool. Very nice and comfortable little home. All on one floor good for those who have limited mobility. We couldn’t be more pleased for what we needed. The fire pit and outdoor furniture was a bonus area for the guys who didn’t want to hang out with the cooks!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! You can tell it was once a Treasured home of the owner and they are very gracious to share it with people who need a large space near Iowa city! We could easily sleep our party of 11 with the bed configurations available and everyone had the privacy they needed. There are multiple living spaces off a very centralized kitchen, which makes for great space to be together but also have some personal space. The pool table and game room was so much fun and the pool and hot tub were such great amenities. We were able to park four cars without blocking anyone and it is a quick drive into Iowa city, probably about 12 to 15 minutes… seems to be halfway between the Cedar Rapids Airport, and Iowa city itself. For graduation weekend staying here was more affordable and more comfortable than 3 to 4 hotel rooms by far! Which would’ve been more expensive. So overall, a wonderful value.

Perfect! The property was so beautiful - clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and with all the comforts of home! My family wanted to stay longer! Can’t think of a single way they could improve. You will love the open layout, comfy beds, updated bathrooms, bedroom fans, stocked kitchen, games, and more! Plus it is surrounded by lovely landscaping and a short walk to the playground. Close enough easy access, but far enough away to never hear a sound!

Kimberly so super kind!! Her home is beautiful and the art is amazing!!! It was super clean and quiet!! The neighborhood feels safe and the neighbor next door is super friendly!!! It’s an amazing place to stay! She even had craft stuff for adults and littles!!! Highly recommend!!

Milena was very communicative and made sure the house was spotless when we arrived. She was helpful throughout our month-long stay with any small requests we had. The house is in a great, safe neighborhood—just a short walk to two parks—and fully stocked with all the amenities we needed. Everything was super clean and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again!

We did a 2 week trip with 4 Airbnbs. This one surpassed them all! Beautiful, clean, bright, free of clutter and had amenities that you didn’t know you needed. You can tell they thought of everything! This is a perfect home if you are visiting the area and looking for a great place to stay. Host was just as amazing!

A friend and I met in CR for a funeral and stayed in Kristyn’s place. The house was comfortable and welcoming, with cute decor throughout. Comfortable beds, nice linens. A great home for the night.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for Families, Pets, & Long-Term Stays! We had a wonderful 5 month stay at Mallory & Jack’s house! It's just under a mile from uptown Marion in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It’s in a great location, close to CR, restaurants, shops, parks, & everything we needed. We were traveling with our 2 young kids & dogs, and the house was perfect for all of us. It was clean, cozy, & well stocked with fresh towels, bedding, hangers, closet space, & everything we needed in the kitchen. The Wi-Fi was strong & reliable, which was a big plus for both work & streaming. The fully fenced yard was ideal for our dogs, & the kids loved having room to play safely. The quiet street, back deck, & garden made it easy to relax & enjoy peaceful evenings. Mallory & Jack were fantastic—friendly, responsive, & helpful throughout our stay. They clearly put a lot of care into the home. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped stay near Cedar Rapids!

A+ Beautiful peaceful surroundings in the countryside. Have never felt so relaxed and at home on the road. Rosemary was fantastic and responded immediately to my queries. Little touches like drink assortments, pistachios, fudge and a card for us made the whole experience feel less like a business transaction and more like visiting family. Can't wait to go back and hear the songbirds sign and watch the happy cows doing their thing.

This is a charming little house on a quiet dead-end street in Iowa City. Except for the occasional helicopter or plane, you wouldn’t know you were in the city. The Japanese house was gorgeous and serene. The kitchen was smart and well-stocked with cooking tools. The bedroom and loft were cozy and comfortable. Everything was very clean Petra was a great communicator, quickly responding to every question I asked and providing helpful instructions. She was also gracious and helpful when I needed to cancel the last day of our stay. Avoid staying in the wastelands of Coralville and Tiffin and treat yourself to this stay the next time you find yourself in Iowa City!

This place is a gem! We initially rented the house for out of town family attending our son’s high school graduation party … which ended up taking place in a separate building on the property! Plenty of space for a bounce house & green space for the little (and bigger) kids to run & play. It was the perfect solution & home-base for all those that gathered. - John was accommodating in our shifting timelines, very responsive to questions & also was proactive in anticipating our needs & questions. All who stayed here said they would stay again. We HIGHLY recommend!!

This was our first ever AirBnB stay and it didn’t disappoint! This cute and charming little home was perfect for our family of 5 and dog. To be honest, it was pricier than it was worth for us, only because we barely spent any time there. Most of our time was spent with family off site. But, we knew that would be the case going into it. We would make one suggestion, to add optional foam mattress toppers in the rooms. All of the beds are very, very firm. But, we would rent this again! Great overall experience and great communication with the hosts! Thank you!

Very beautiful home! It was very clean. They responded right away with any questions that I had. Absolutely love the area. It was so nice seeing the deer on the golf course. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The Airbnb was perfect for our family’s stay. It was nicely decorated, very clean, and had thoughtful touches such as a stuffed animal on the bunk bed and board games. The location was central to downtown Cedar Rapids and there was plenty parking on the street for us to park. We had no trouble accessing the unit and were promptly given a check in code. The house itself had plenty of space and was perfect for a family traveling. Happily would stay here in again!

It was the perfect place for our family. We had ages from 2-49. The grandkids loved having a bonfire and making s'mores. The older kids went thru all the puzzles and had a fun game of Trivial Pursuit! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The house was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and a great selection of games and puzzles my kids loved. Andrea and Adam were very responsive, they answered messages faster than any other host I've stayed with and were very hospitable. My whole family loved the house and we highly recommend!
