Your accommodation is separate from the main house and was part of a Victorian School built in the 1800's .It is self contained . It is situated in the heart of North Norfolk being only 20 minutes from the sea . Norfolk is mainly an agricultural county with many farms and quaint villages and amazing coastline . From here you are also only 25-30 minutes from Norwich the Main City which is of great historic interest with a castle & two cathedrals , it also has a great market and great shopping .

You will find Back Lane Cottage tucked away in a lane in a hamlet called Eastgate. It is a two bedroom, fully renovated old property with lovely field views and is pet friendly. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area as well as a bathroom that has a shower over the bath. There is lots of storage space and there is a TV with Sky in the living area. Upstairs one bedroom has a king size bed and the other has two single beds. Between them is a toilet with hand basin.

About 45 mins to the coast, Norwich 25 mins and several National Trust properties nearby Elsing offers a church, woods and long countryside walks from the front door We are not suitable for young children. We were so bowled over by the superior quality of this beautiful converted coach house that we immediately rebooked for another stay later this summer! The house had everything we needed and was beautifully and tastefully appointed. Absolutely loved the kingsize bed which was so comfortable. Love the privacy of the house and backyard even though you are in the heart of the village and the friendly owners next door. Can’t wait for our return trip.
