Ho prenotato questo alloggio per i miei genitori e mio fratello, mi hanno raccontato solo cose positive: casa in cui non manca nulla, accogliente e punita. Posizione ottima per raggiungere il mare a piedi sia di giorno che per delle belle passeggiate la sera. Gabriele e suo papà due persone gentilissime, super disponibili.

Un'abitazione completamente immersa nel verde, totalmente a disposizione e con piscina inclusa, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. La privacy è totale. Le cene in veranda incantevoli. Ottima la comunicazione con il proprietario, che si occupa della manutenzione quotidiana della piscina in maniera molto discreta. Le spiagge di Tortoreto, ottime per i bambini, sono a circa 8 minuti di auto su una strada facilmente percorribile. Altamente consigliato.

5 Sterne – Ein echtes Zuhause in Offida! Die Wohnung war einfach super klasse – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wie Zuhause. Sie ist sehr liebevoll, urig und gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet wirklich alles, was man braucht. Das absolute Highlight ist die Dachterrasse: Der Ausblick ist einfach atemberaubend – man sieht vom Meer bis zu den Bergen! Wir haben uns sehr gern dort aufgehalten und viel Zeit auf der bequemen Terrasse verbracht. Die Lage mitten in Offida ist perfekt – alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend – alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet, parken und der Check-in sowie Check-out verliefen völlig unkompliziert. Ein besonders schöner Willkommensgruß war die Flasche regionaler Wein und die frischen Kirschen – beides haben wir mit großer Freude auf der Terrasse genossen. Diese Unterkunft können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen - wir kommen wieder!

Hideaway with pool and hot tub

My friend and I only had a short 3 night stay at Cellino Attanasio but it felt like so much longer! Time slows down when you arrive allowing you to really switch off and relax. The rooms were absolutely pristine in every way and recently renovated to a very high spec. Pierpaolo was lovely and so accommodating, he recommended places to eat and towns to visit. He was always on hand whenever we needed to ask him anything. Overall we couldn’t recommend Cellino Attanasio enough, we can’t fault it at all!

Il soggiorno è stato veramente positivo e come ci attendevamo dalle descrizioni: riposante e con tutti i servizi necessari. La casa gode di una bellissima vista sul mare ed, essendo posta in collina, gode di una gradevole brezza rinfrescante. Ad appena 5 minuti di auto, è possibile accedere a spiagge libere attrezzate per l'ombrellone (fornito con sedie dall'host) e sempre pulite. Pensiamo di ritornare il prossimo anno.

Sono stato ospite per un weekend insieme alla mia famiglia (mia moglie e due figli di 8 e 12 anni). L'appartamento è molto bello, funzionale ed ben arredato. Una menzione speciale al bellissimo terrazzo attrezzato che permette di godere una bella vista sul mare. Sicuramente ampiamente ripagati i tre piani di scale senza ascensore. Nella zona sono presenti ristoranti e locali, oltre naturalmente al lungomare (proprio di fronte casa). Zina molto silenziosa e con un parcheggio libero nelle immediate vicinanze. Matteo é stato puntuale e preciso nelle risposte rendendo ancor più piacevole il soggiorno.
