This stylish place to stay is perfect for those who love design, nature and hiking. Immersed in the green hills of Friuli, near the Alpe Adria Cycle Route and other destinations of interest (see the guide). Every detail of the interiors has been designed with the utmost care, and with the love for architecture of the hosts. The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

A modern bathroom is equipped with a floating wooden countertop housing a stylish basin. A large backlit mirror enhances the space, while a soft bath mat lies on the floor. The area features a toilet and bidet, with natural light filtering through sheer window coverings.

It's a 5-minute drive to the station, hospital, and supermarkets. A short walk away you will find a pharmacy, pizzeria, pastry shop and the bus stop for bus no. 4 that passes through the center and the station. The historic center is also easily reached on foot in 15 minutes.

The unit has been recently refurbished. ***Important Note*** the parking on the street (Via del Sale) is resident only. You can park temporary to load/unload but we suggest to park the car in Via Mentana close to Moretti Park (free) or Magrini Parking (public toll parking) to avoid tickets and fines-

Lovely apartment located a few steps from the center of Udine and the Santa Maria della Misericordia hospital, on a private street well served by bus (line 1) that connects the house directly to the historic center and Udine station. The center of Udine is also easily accessible on foot through a pleasant walk that runs along it. Within walking distance of the apartment you can find several cafes, some supermarkets, three restaurants and the local pharmacy.

Excellent, very well-equipped apartment located close to shops. Everything was clean and functional. The washing machine works very well too. Easy street parking and also in the garage. Comfortable bedding. New condition. Very good welcome. We had a great time.

Victoria and Pienenrico are attentive, helpful and friendly hosts. They welcomed us very warmly and gave us great tips on restaurants and excursions in the area. Both were available to us at any time and at short notice. The place is very nice, it was clean and surrounded by a beautiful large garden, so you could enjoy the tranquility in the middle of the city and have a perfect retreat. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and taste, you feel very comfortable there. We really enjoyed the stay and thank you very much for the great hospitality.
