Studio in secure residence + parking. The "Pavois" is across the street from the beach. Very quiet, with swimming pool (June to September) a 5-minute walk to the port and city center, shops, supermarkets etc. The apartment will be rented July/August and September. All accessories, sofa, plates, cooking utensils, TV, towels are new at the beginning of July. We are Superhosts in another apartment in the same building.
