Vacation rentals with beach access in Caulonia Marina

Die Unterkunft hatte eine hervorragende Lage. Es stand viel Ausstattung zur Verfügung (in Küche, Bad und Haushalt). Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Really nice spot. Simple, clean and right at the (almost private) beach. Fresh agricultural produce by roadside farmers 4 minutes by car. Roger is usually closeby and always approachable for questions and help.

We had a fantastic 5-night stay at this Airbnb in Tropea, Italy! The unit was beautifully presented—clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the kitchen essentials to the cozy furnishings, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Photos do not do it justice. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the stunning beaches and charming streets of Tropea with ease. Only 10 minute walk to both. Noting also there are three supermarkets only 150 metres walk away. In particular Euro Spin a supermarket chain throughout Italy which has great food that you can cook at home or have something already cooked by them. A huge thank you to our wonderful hosts Giuseppe and Pola who were welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Definitely the best Air B n B we have stayed at and also better than some 5 star hotels. Highly recommended—we would definitely return! Tropea is well worth the visit.

Giuseppe was an amazing host. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. Giuseppe went out of his way to send through a list of recommended attractions in the area as well as how to get to and from the accommodation. Any question I had, he was quick to respond. I felt at home at the accommodation, and loved Tropea.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights in the month of Ocotber. The apartment is cute! It has a full kitchen as well as two bedrooms. The second bedroom only has single beds, in which we did not use. The shower is quite small and if you are overweight you may have trouble for the shower ( we did not have any issues). There is a washer as well which is very convenient! The location of this apartment is perfect, it's situated right next to the stairs to get down to the beach, and 2-3 mins walk to the centre. The sunset from the balcony is stunning. I recommend this place! Thank you Lina !

Sono stato per 3 notti nell'appartamento di Carè ed è stato un soggiorno perfetto. A partire dall'accoglienza della signora Patrizia che ci ha consentito di recarci all'appartamento con anticipo rispetto all'orario di check-in indicato. L'appartamento inoltre è molto fornito, consentendo di portare davvero solo il necessario. La posizione è ottima, praticamente fronte spiaggia e con ottimi ristoranti nei dintorni, inoltre è presente un supermercato nelle immediate vicinanze. Se dovessi di nuovo andare a Soverato sceglierò senz'altro ancora l'alloggio di Carè.

Una delle più belle vacanze che abbia fatto. La Calabria, o meglio la Costa degli Dei, è spettacolare, soprattutto per una come me, che ama il mare e gli scogli. L'appartamento non è nuovissimo, è al terzo piano, ma è molto grande ed ha una terrazza con vista sul mare che da sola vale il prezzo. L'abitazione poi ha tutto, ma veramente tutto il necessario per soggiornarvi. A Briatico di per sè non c'è nulla; forse ad Agosto sarebbe stata un pò più "movimentata", ma a noi è piaciuta così "fuori dal mondo" e tranquilla. Tanto poi con la macchina ci si può spostare ovunque. L'unica pecca è l'odore di fogna che ogni tanto si sente, ma è un qualcosa che ho visto essere presente un pò dappertutto, anche in alcune spiagge. Che dire, sicuramente tornerò in Calabria, perchè mi è rimasta nel cuore!! Grazie Roger e Alexandre :-)

Astrea Apartment was the most unique and memorable stay of our trip to Italy. The luxury of a large private garden overlooking a breathtaking view of Tropea and the water - all to ourselves - was fantastic. The house itself was clean, beachy, and very comfortable. A quick thank you to Francesco, who was extremely thorough, friendly, and accommodating to all of our needs. If you’re visiting Tropea (which you definitely should), you should enjoy your stay here at Astrea Apartments.

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Tropea’s old town, with the most beautiful sea-view. There are several very good restaurants nearby. It was quite hot and there was only one fan. Would have been nice to have had a second one, especially at night. Other than that, we can highly recommend this spacious and very well equipped apartment. Massimo was more than helpful with everything. He gave us many good recommendations where to eat, grocery shopping, etc.

Wir waren zu zweit bei Silvio und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gab ein großes Bett und eine große, sehr bequeme Schlafcouch. Parken konnten wir vor dem Haus an der Straße und von dort die Gegend erkunden. Silvio war für uns ein immer erreichbarer sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns auch beim Kauf einer Immobilie weiterhelfen konnte. Pizzo und die Umgebung sind eine Reise wert, schöne Altstadt und viele sehr gute Restaurants (unbedingt beim Dante den Pistazien Tartuffo essen) mit herrlich langen einsamen Stränden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Diese Unterkunft war wirklich TOP! Nur 5 min zu Fuß zu einen wunderschönen Strand. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Quirico war stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Klare Empfehlung.

Wer einen ruhigen urlaub haben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und der Strand direkt vor dem Haus auch nicht sehr belebt. Die Strandbar ist auch super. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und zum kochen wurden auch alle Utensilien, sowie Basic Gewürze zur Verfügung gestellt. Giuseppina war sehr freundlich, hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und hoffentlich bald nochmal vorbei kommen.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Leben am Meer. Im Grunde braucht man nur eine Badehose im Koffer mehr nicht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht inkl. Klima. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen hat aber alles was man benötigt. Man wohnt direkt neben Salvatore der einem bei Bedarf immer zur Seite steht. Direkt neben dem Hausstrand ist noch ein bewirtschafteter Strandabschnitt. Es war ein Traumurlaub für uns.

Wir haben im Schatten der Pinien Ruhe gefunden, das Boccia Spielen für uns entdeckt, leckeres Gemüse aus dem Garten gegessen, den Weitblick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Am Ende zeigte sich majestätisch der Stromboli, viel größer als gedacht. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir haben großen Respekt vor der vielen Arbeit die hinter der Unterhaltung dieses kleinen Garten Eden steht. Nicht zu vergessen den Prosecco und den vorzüglichen Espresso zur Begrüßung. This place is a gem!!! Includes an adorable home with multiple outdoor dining areas, pool (shared between a couple of villas), and a stunning private beach (down 400 steps but well worth it!). Our mixed age group (2 year old, 92 year old and 3 adults) absolutely loved it! Was a beautiful escape and felt like we were getting a taste of the region. We loved spending time at the pool and cooking in the kitchen. For those who may have trouble with stairs - one bedroom is ground floor, two are upstairs. It is only a few minutes drive from some great restaurants, and 20 minute drive to Tropea. Definitely recommend having a car if you stay here.

The apartment and location was better than expected. We had not been to Tropea before and did not have a good sense of the town layout. We were ideally located, a very short walk to the old town all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The apartment has wonderful large balcony that provides the best sunset view - why fight the crowds? Sunset aperitivo on the balcony was a highlight. Access to the station is also good, although it is a long walk with bags (15 min) - easy downhill from the station, more challenging heading up the hill. Lidia was a great host, provided very responsive help for checkin and was available and responsive throughout our short 4 day visit. The apartment is well set up with all the advertised amenities. One minor downside was that the apartment is opposite a popular bar that can be noisy until late. Fortunately the windows and apartment were quite well sound proofed. We had a wonderful stay in Tropea. Thank you Lidia for hosting us!

Lovely apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean and tastefully furnished. The outside terrace (furniture and views) were amazing! Would recommend! Car definitely required.

Rachael’s place was perfect , very clean and very well equipped with good quality furnishings and appliances and lots of essential bits and pieces in the pantry. A short walk to the piazza where there were lots of restaurants and great places for morning coffee and biscotti. The beach is a short walk and Tropea is just a train ride away and definitely worth a visit. The view from the balcony is so beautiful and peaceful … loved watching the swallows on their never ending quest for insects 😁 Rachael is an amazing host and always responsive … we had an issue with our train to Naples and she was so helpful. Thankyou Rachael for allowing us to stay in your beautiful apartment … we loved our quiet little village of Pizzo❤️

L'appartamento è rifinito nei minimi dettagli. C'è un condizionatore per la zona giorno ed uno per la zona notte. Gli infissi sono ottimi e creano una insonorizzazione perfetta. Ci sono le zanzariere, la lavatrice, lo stendono, la terrazza che guarda direttamente sul mare che ti fa innamorare. La cucina ha tutto ciò che serve, infatti noi abbiamo cucinato a pranzo e cena per tutta la settimana in cui abbiamo soggiornato. La perfezione non esiste ma questo airb&b ha bisogno di un'eccellenza che non abbiamo mai incontrato per perdere il diritto di essere considerato perfetto. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa a contatto con il mare che amiamo tanto.

Ottima soluzione, ordinata e confortevole con un'attenzione a tutte le cose che possono servire. Struttura ristrutturata di recente, ho apprezzato porticato esterno dove cenare, aver a disposizione lavatrice e auto coperta da tettoia. Dista 1,9 km dal centro di Tropea, 600 metri da supermercato, per le spiagge meglio muoversi con auto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war super wie auch der Ausblick. Wir haben es sehr genossen Zeit in der Wohnung und in der Umgebung zu verbringen. Alles war sehr gut eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

L'appartamento è posizionato nel tratto migliore del lungomare, è ben strutturato, organizzato e accessoriato come una casa in cui vivere tutto l'anno. Siamo stati accolti benissimo da Giovanni e dalla sua famiglia, sempre attenti a soddisfare le richieste e a fornirci utili consigli sul soggiorno. Abbiamo apprezzato Brancaleone, un borgo molto tranquillo con un mare splendido e un sito archeologico ("Brancaleone vetus") che è consigliabile visitare, insieme alla dimora di confino di Cesare Pavese e al centro recupero delle tartarughe marine. Per il resto, è possibile ampliare l'esplorazione al centro storico di Bova, all'incantevole Gerace, alla spiaggia delle piscine naturali ad Africo (dove il consiglio è quello di munirsi di maschera per godere della splendida visione dei fondali), e spingersi fino a Siderno per trovare un lungomare più organizzato. Siti che aiutano a scoprire una Calabria inedita ricca di meraviglie naturali. Grazie per l’accoglienza :)
