Vacation rentals with a patio in Caueira

Dona Maria José was extremely kind throughout the stay. The property is exactly as shown in the photos. In 1 (one) block, you arrive at the beginning of Atalaia, on the beach. We loved the stay and want to come back again and again.

Jorge's space is outstanding! Clean, brand new, very comfortable. Close to the waterfront, close to bars and restaurants. And Jorge is an extremely kind and helpful host, he assisted us whenever necessary. Anyway, I highly recommend the accommodation and I will certainly stay again.

Extremely cozy apartment, family atmosphere, great location and security. It has everything you need to stay comfortably; kitchen utensils, bed/bath linen. Markets, beaches and tourist spots are nearby. Isabela is very attentive and helpful. I definitely recommend it, and I would come back again!

Gelton met us in person, left a lovely note and a bottle of wine. I had just had surgery, and he even took my bags for me. He cares and takes care of his guests. Great spot.

Jerônimo's apartment is well located, close to Farol beach, on the edge of Atalaia and 400 meters from a mini-market and pharmacy. The building has a warm water pool and a fitness center equipped with a treadmill, bicycle, elliptical and basic equipment. The property is well divided, ideal to accommodate 4 people and was impeccably clean for our arrival. The rooms have comfortable beds and are well served by closets. Communication with the host was always easy, helpful and cordial. I only have these observations to make: 1) in the kitchen, I missed having hand/dish towels and storage pots for salt/coffee/sugar. 2) in the suite, I noticed 2 weak points: the air conditioning and the bathroom. The room takes a while to cool down and the bathroom looks like it hasn't been renovated, like the rest of the apartment, and maybe because of the time (and not because of lack of cleanliness), some shower stall tiles are stained. In short, we really liked the apartment and would definitely stay again!

The apartment is comfortable, well located and has a very beautiful view. The stay was quiet and well met our expectations. Great option for those seeking practicality and a pleasant environment.

Excellent property. It exceeded our expectations. We felt at home. We were going out to buy thread and needle for a repair, when we even found a sewing kit... lol. Maria Luiza, from the first conversation, was very helpful and Wildon, who was the one who stayed in the building, also supported us the entire time we were there. Great stay!! Accommodation as advertised. Well cared for furniture, clean and in perfect working order. Quiet and safe neighborhood; beautiful surroundings and leisure options. A great bakery 01 block away. No mais, restaurant, supermarket and pharmacies 200 meters away. A very good host, gave great tips about the city. What's more, it relaxed check-in and quickly answered any message via the app. In this way, I recommend this accommodation 100%.

It was very good, the house was super comfortable

It is a perfect accommodation for those who want to connect with nature and to rest. Many trees variety of birds... a charm. The yard's organization is wonderful with a swimming pool is very nice to relax and several quiet little corners. The house has a very good structure for arranging meals. Because it is in a village, I advise you to bring food to eat, especially after season (there are few options). It is close to the beach, it is possible to walk, but the access is by means of cute sand. So it is important to be in good physical preparation, or a car with traction or to hire the buggy service. Everyone was very attentive! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience and I hope to return as soon as possible!

Space is exactly like in the pictures — beautiful, very beautiful and cozy. It is close to the beach, you can walk quietly, and there are many restaurants nearby. For the more distant locations, Uber's value is also accessible. The host, Luís, was very attentive, responded quickly and answered all questions.

Great accommodation, super quiet and safe condominium, market nearby. Only the location that is a little far from the waterfront walking, but those who go by car are super fast. In short, my stay in Aracaju was perfect.

Having stayed in Helder's apartment was simply super quiet, I felt quite comfortable and at ease, as if at home.
