The house was very clean and cozy! It met all my family's expectations. The beach is very good and the condominium pool is very clean! I really liked it and with certainty I recommend it!!!!!

The Dalva House is about 100m from San Francisco Square, the heart of Saint Kitts, and a few blocks from the city's shopping district. It has a beautiful view, it is airy, very well-equipped kitchen, quiet. Voltaria for sure.

The house is wonderful! Super spacious, comfortable, the rooms are air-conditioned, the outdoor area with the pool is super nice and the front area has a beautiful garden and an inviting table for shared moments between family and friends. The host was helpful to assist with issues such as pool cleaning and punctual in check-in and checkout processes. It was a perfect stay! I highly recommend!

The house is beautiful, more than expected, comfortable, attentive and welcoming hosts, my group loved the entire stay, we were in a group of 10 people and everyone was comfortable in the accommodations, I highly recommend it.

The stay was excellent. Elias proved to be an excellent host. We received at the checkin, gave us instructions from the house and let us at ease, giving tips whenever necessary. The house is wide and complete, we are very comfortable. Clean house, clean bed and bath linens and with availability of pool towels. Mr. Cosme was supposed to maintain the outdoor area and swimming pool. Home in a safe place, we took walks in the surroundings. I highly recommend it, everyone liked it and were very comfortable. We hope to return soon.

Great stay, we feel at home. Plenty of green space, very well maintained, with all the care and the children loved it. Roque is a top-notch host, kind and always concerned about whether everything was okay, whether we needed anything. The house's crafts give an air of calm and tranquility and a very nice charm to the house and the outdoor area. We really enjoyed staying at Roque's house and we will definitely come back more often.

My stay was wonderful! The space was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable and well located. The host was extremely attentive and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I recommend it without a doubt and would definitely come back at a next opportunity.

The reception by the host was wonderful, the housekeeper is not even spoken, a sympathy in person. i had to anticipate the checkout and it was very peaceful, the host agreed with no problem. the house, though not new, was very clean and accommodates very well 15 people, to get better, I would just need to change some beds. great value.

I needed to check in a little earlier, due to the flight schedule and she was very kind from the beginning, facilitating our entry into the apartment. Regarding the accommodation, the photos, the other reports and the structure of the apartment are consistent with the description. We were impressed with the organization, cleanliness and beauty of Patrícia's apartment. It really is an apartment that I recommend with my eyes closed and that I would rent again, not to mention the perfect location, close to the waterfront, restaurants, bars... and easy to access! I highly recommend it

The house is amazing, both the indoor and outdoor accommodations. It is far away, but there are many shops nearby that can meet any need. Very cozy, various utensils available, fans and duvets. The only thing that leaves something to be desired is the water, which really isn't pleasant. In addition, Joana is extremely helpful, proactive and attentive. The stay was amazing!

Luiz was super solicitous for all doubts. Check-in was simple. The house was well located, close to the river, a restaurant, a grocery store. In addition, the house is beautiful and everything was well organized. I recommend :)

Very cozy and well-structured house. Utensils working well. Wonderful condominium with lots of activities to do, such as horseback riding, club pool, anyway, it met our expectations and I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back for another family weekend.

The house is even more beautiful in person. Everyone loved it and it was hard to leave. We had wonderful days and we intend to return, because a week is too little in this paradise. Our whole experience was wonderful: the house is captivating, very well maintained, with beautiful decor and a very complete kitchen with all the utensils you need for everyday life, the beach at the door is very clean and with its warm waters, Lopes and Fábio (caretaker) are always helpful and concerned about our well-being and the city with kind, attentive and polite people. I want to drop everything here in Mato Grosso and go live there!!kkkk. Walking through the little streets around the house, going to have an açaí at the kiosks on the central street... I miss it... Anyway, if you want a quiet place, with a lot of privacy (the house has no neighbors on both sides), safe, familiar and cozy, you won't regret staying at Lopes' house.
