Nívea's house positively surprised us, a property with large environments, well cared for, with all the accessories we need to be well accommodated. The referral of the person who was helping us throughout the hosting period, cooks very well and always leaves the house impeccable, in addition to being very friendly, proactive and attentive. We were at 09 adults and 02 children, we were all very well accommodated. Swimming pool always clean. The house is close to the exits of the region's main tours. I would definitely recommend the accommodation and hope to come back as soon as possible!

The house is inside a gated community. Although there are no walls, there is privacy, tranquility and security. The location is wonderful, close to the beach we were walking. For those who do not have their own car pass bus in front of the condominium, I saw at various times, so it is easy to access. There is a supermarket and bakery, by car is not far away. Host Bruno is very attentive and helpful, responds quickly and gives instructions. The house is very cozy, two bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning, one is suite and the 3rd bedroom 2 single beds, 1 social bathroom. It was all clean. I would go other times for sure.

our stay was great! The house is facing the beach, very beautiful. Karla was great at communication, gave us great instructions and was super kind. and it is recorded here my admiration for the couple Ana and Cristiano, they are very friendly and solicited, they received us with coconut water in the refrigerator, and an amazing shrimp moqueca (service contracted to direct part with Ana, which I highly recommend!), were very helpful and gave us great tips to enjoy the region. it was well worth it!

Excellent house located in a gated community and is 100 meters from Rio. It is possible to rent a speedboat to enjoy the beauties of the region. Comfortable house with 5 bedrooms with en-suites.

It was a good stay, had everything I needed, the apartment corresponds to 100% of what is described and presented in the photos. My only reservation are the appliances that could be a little more up-to-date but work ok. And for the next guests, the building's elevator works, but in its time.

We were in a group of friends. We were well served and welcomed. Both João and his parents are always helpful and attentive. The house is much better than the photos show, quite spacious, and airy. The pool is very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely be back soon. Gratitude only!

We stayed in the PreCaju period and it was very good due to the proximity to the beginning of the circuit. We were very well received. The apartment accommodated very well the 7 people, there were super clean linens and bathrooms. The kitchen already has salt, coffee filter, pans, dishcloths, the only thing I missed was a pressure cooker and the water filter on the tap does not work. During this period, the condominium is undergoing a renovation in the external area but did not bother. But in general it is a great accommodation for those who want to be well located and enjoy a few days in the capital of Sergipana.
