Waterfront vacation rentals in Caucasus

Apartment was extremely clean and neat. Views ars stunning and location is pretty good for walking. The appartment is in between two largest malls in the city (1.5 km, walkable). Not too many restaurants nearby but place is worth choosing.

This was our second time booking this apartment, and once again, everything went perfectly. The location is fantastic — close to everything you need — and the apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Guro is an incredibly friendly and helpful host, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

Орби блок Д2- самый просторный и современный.Заходишь,и уже нравиться начало заезда. Так как поездка была не только для отдыха,но и для работы,мне было важно наличие рабочей поверхности. Есть два дополнительных столика под такие цели-это большой плюс.Можно комфортно поработать за ноутбуком. Только в этих апартаментах от Орби я увидела большого размера кофеварку,если с компанией,можно заварить за один раз-экономит время! Чисто,уютно,спокойно.Особенно хочу сказать спасибо о заботе к гостям-в спальне дополнительный шкаф для вещей и чемоданов. Также есть возможность включить спокойный режим освещения возле кровати-есть в наличии Led-подсветка,что делает номер ультра-современным,можно не напрягать глаза. Всегда есть водичка и чай,о чем не нужно думать в первые часы пребывания.Рекомендую.

İki gün küçük çocuğumuzla birlikte 3 kişi konakladık. Oldukça yeterli ve fotoğraftakinden daha büyüktü. Konumu her yere yürüyerek 10-15 dk mesafedeydi. Girişinin bebek arabasına uygun olması ve asansörlü olması avantajlıydı. Öneriyorum.

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. Last thanks AIRBNB for monitoring each property carefully and providing suitable places for all segments. 😘

اقامه ممتازه من ناحية الضيافه و حسن الاستقبال أضافه إلى جمال المكان و الاطلاله و النظافه. المكان شبه ممتاز حيث بإمكانك التنقل إلى وجهاتك و العوده. و المضيف ودود و خدوم جدا يحرص على راحتك

Эти апартаменты превзошли мои ожидания. Очень просторные и со вкусом оформленные, с современным и стильным дизайном. Великолепная кухня, которая отлично укомплектована техникой. Готовить на ней было одно удовольствие. Очень порадовал удобный стол и стулья. Из минусов только то что вода в душе очень медленно уходит в слив. Если включить максимальный напор, то вода будет заливать весь пол. В целом , я рекомендую эти апартаменты как для короткого, так и для длительного проживания. Это был мой лучший опыт аренды жилья в Батуми.

If you want to have a wonderful memory from Georgia, where you can cook in the summer kitchen, eat and relax with friends and family under the beautiful fruit trees, in an uncrowded spot of the green hills of Gonio and the Black Sea, you are definitely reading the right review. موقع الفيلا جدا رائع قريب من البحيرة و من جميع الاماكن السياحيه وكذلك يوجد بالقرب منه مسجد كبير و الاطلاله جدا رائع والاخ لقمان جدا متعاون

房间非常漂亮！整个客厅是一面大落地窗正对梅斯蒂亚小镇和雪山。在房子里就可以看到村子的全景，风景绝对比住在镇子上好！房东热情周到，我们是临时决定订airbnb，10分钟内房东立即响应。多亏有她的热情接待，我们在梅斯蒂亚度过了开心的三天。院子里有停车位，房子位于二楼房东住在一楼。非常宁静，适合家庭出行。 The room is very beautiful! The whole living room is a large French window facing the town of Mestia and the snow-capped mountains. You can see the panoramic view of the village in the house, and the scenery is definitely better than living in the town! The landlord is warm and thoughtful. We decided to book Airbnb at the last minute, and the landlord responded immediately within 10 minutes. Thanks to her warm reception, we spent three happy days in Mestia. There is a parking space in the yard. The house is on the second floor and the landlord lives on the first floor. It is very quiet and suitable for family travel.

Прекрасное, красивое место со всеми удобствами. Дом буквально стоит на горной речке, тут очень живописно. Буквально в нескольких секундах ходьбы от дома сразу попадаешь в туристическую движуху с магазинами, кафе и т. п. В минуте ходьбы центральный парк, фуникулер на гору и т. п. Сам дом большой, в нем 3 спальни довольно большие и кухня гостинная. У каждой спальни свой туалет и душ. Плюс есть место чтобы посидеть на улице с большим столом, качелей и диваном. Также прямо у реки есть еще место с беседкой, мангалом, детской качелей и гамаком. В общем места полно. Хозяйка Марине отзывчивая и доброжелательная, все рассказала и показала, также предоставила место для авто. очень рекомендую.

Уже второй раз останавливаемся в одном из домиков Мамуки. Потрясающее место, тихая, спокойная часть поселка Шекветили. Классный домик, много места, всё продумано. Уютно и красиво.

Отдыхали неделю в Батуми,снимали квартиру у Натальи.У квартиры очень удачное расположение,тихая,очень близко к набережной и парку 6 мая.В квартире есть всё необходимое,очень удобные кровати,хороший душ (за исключением,что нет душевой кабинки,но такое в Батуми очень распространено).Хозяйка очень приятная и приветливая.

Отличное жильё в Тбилиси - все прошло замечательно. Рекомендую!

Провели в этой квартире неделю. Очень понравилось. Вид из окна - потрясающий! Пляж - ближе не бывает. В квартире очень комфортно находиться. Завтракали на балконе с видом на море. По вечерам иногда бывает шумно от музыки, но в основном это приятный шум волн и стрекот цикад. В следующее свое посещение планирую рассматривать эту же квартиру.

I loved the flat. Beautiful view from the 32nd floor. I arrived in October and it was not too busy. The flat is very well organized, no clutter, comfy bed with excellent mattrass, good bathroom with washing machine and it was quiet at night. You can still hear the music and fireworks at night but the windows and door insulate most of the noise from outside. Check-in was very easy. Staff spoke decent English, which was helpful. There are also some decent shops nearby. Across the street there are two small supermarkets a bigger supermarket is 5 minutes away and it is only a short walk from the 24 hour Aroma Cafe on the beach. Communication was good. Excellent value for money. I liked everything. I would love to go back one day.

We had a lovely stay in this home with our family. It’s right next to a smaller Black Sand Beach cove and also very close to another beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The host went above and beyond to provide a comfortable stay. There was an amazing view for the sunrise and sunset. Thank you for everything. We hope to come back .

It was my first time booking with Airbnb and I had a wonderful stay at Pavel’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is especially perfect for a relaxing visit. And I also want to highlight Pavel’s communication. He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made everything super easy from check-in to check-out. I really appreciated how attentive and welcoming he was. He is definitely the SUPER HOST!! Отличные, чистые и очень уютные аппартаменты. Есть все необходимое для жизни как дома. Есть собственная территория ЖК с бассейном и детской площадкой. Также есть охраняемая парковка для машин.
