Die Zimmer sind groß genug, überall Klimaanlage, gute Betten. In die Küche sind dreckigen Wende, in die Badezimmern Fällen auch Wartungsarbeite.... Sofa ist auch ziemlich dreckig.....

Very charming and authentic place. This apartment is for you if you want to feel like a Tbilisi-resident and not just a tourist. Be ware that the apartment is located in a lively neighbourhood, and there can be some noise during the evening/night. But it really all adds to the charm of the place, and nothing beats sitting on the balcony in the evening. Communication with Tsotne was great. Would recommend to anyone!

Ev anlatıldığı gibiydi çok güzel bir evdi memnun kaldık. 4 kişiydik bize yeterli oldu iki banyosu olması avantajdı. Sadece dedektör hakkında bir sıkıntı yaşadık. O da ev sahibiyle ilgili bir sorun değildi. Ev sahibi yardımcı oldu ve çözmemiz için talimatlar verdi. Yine tiflise gelsem yine bu evde kalırdım.

Feels like home. the location is very convenient, everything from supermarkets, parks, cafes, louges are walkable distance. it adds to the overall georgia experience. U will feel like you are among the locals and is part of the community. ppl centric design, everything is in the right place, everything is working properly, and if you think u don't knw how to use something, ther is well detailed explanation in a barcode somewhere.😅 To be honest, if I had a choice I would never leave this place..😂

We spent great 2 days in Natalia's beautiful appartement. Everything was perfect, the accommodation was exactly like on the pictures and Natalia was very responsive and helpful. We would love to come back!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Batumi! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center, just a 3-minute walk to the beach, and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and a large mall. The flat itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Everything I needed was within walking distance, which made exploring the city so easy. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Batumi!

Nino's appartment is spacious, airy,exctremely comfortable and beautifully designed.There are two balconies,one facing the tranquil back garden,which has beautiful tall trees and where you can sit and listen to birds singing and enjoy the sun,and another facing the picturesque old Tbilisi street.The beds are very comfortable,everything was sparkling clean,the kitchen is equipped perfectly for cooking any meals.Nino and her husband were so helpful right from the start,helping us with our heavy suitcases and welcoming us with amazing Georgian wine and treats.The area is the heart of old Tbilisi and right in the center of town.Nearby are all kinds of shops and restaurants,and the famous Tbilisi funicular is 10 min walk from the flat.Very comfortable location if you are new to Tbilisi and perfect spot to explore from.We are very grateful to our fantastic hosts for welcoming us and letting us stay in that beautiful flat.

Beautiful interiors and very comfortable space. Only drawback is the noise from the traffic which makes use of balcony slightly marred. But the noise cannot be harmed with windows closed. Great hosts

Замечательная квартира просто в центре Тбилиси! Близко ко всем основным достопримечательностям. Хозяйка приятная женщина, она любезно пошла нам на встречу и заселила нас раньше на 3 часа. За что ей большое спасибо! Квартира очень чистая, свежая и уютная, в которой было все необходимое. Терраса заслуживает отдельного внимания- мы чудесно проводили на ней вечера, красивый вид и приятная живая музыка из соседнего ресторана, которую можно слушать часами. С удовольствием рекомендуем это место!

Каартира расположена в старом доме, на 4 этаже. За счет мощных деревьев, растущих вдоль улицы, ощущение что ты находишься в лесу. Это район Вере, где много приятных кафешек и ресторанов. Если нужен старый город, то лучше снять поближе к нему. Но меня старый город не прельстил, там шумно и нет зелени. Хороший матрас и подушки. Классно, что мансардные окна открываются. Думаю летом там наверху может быть жарко, но есть кондиционер. Мы не включали. На четвертый этаж подъем по довольно крутой лестнице.

The house is located at very central of Tbilisi but really quiet! Loseb is very nice and friendly! I’d like to recommend this house to everyone!

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this Airbnb! The view was absolutely gorgeous—perfect for relaxing mornings and peaceful evenings. The place was clean, tidy, and had everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a beautiful setting!

Merci à Jean Marc et Mané qui nous ont très bien accueilli. L’appartement était très propre, bien situé dans le centre de Yerevan. Beaucoup de commerces et restaurants à proximité, on a pu tout faire a pieds.

It was lovely to stay at Mikhail’s place, it was to find, and the host met us to provide with the keys and all the instructions. The place was as on photos. We booked the place because of its location, and it was easy to walk around downtown. We haven’t use the jacuzzi so no comments here. Overall, I’d highly recommend the place because it was very close to local restaurants, grocery stores, attractions, and transportation. The host even provided us with the keys to the parking lot since we had a rental car to park somewhere nearby.

We had a great time staying at Eka's flat, which was very comfortable and above all in a great location from almost every viewpoint: cafes, restaurants, even for catching the bus to the airport. Eka was a responsive and helpful host. We can't wait for our next stay.

A beautiful place with mindblowing view out the balcony. Lot of space to park outside and the host is very quick with any help needed. Kitchen is full with lot of ingredients, we cooked pasta there with those ingredients. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Gudauri or Kazbegi.

L’emplacement du logement est idéal pour réaliser toutes les visites touristiques à pied. Près de tout les bon restaurants. L’hôte (Jeff) est très réactif et aimable. Il ne faut pas être trop grand (+1m80) pour la parie chambre du duplex, le plafond est bas à des endroits. Il offre quand même une expérience inoubliable.

Teona's apartment was truly an amazing surprise. Super clean, equipped with everything you need, and in a fantastic location. I loved the view of the trees in the park. There are restaurants and shops nearby—everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's been a few days since we got back home, and I know for sure that I want to return to this place again 😊
