Vacation rentals with a patio in Caucasus Mountains

We completely loved our stay at Ann’s place. The apartment is large and full of light. The balcony and view are incredible. The location for us was perfect – close to the old city, but not in it. The apartment was beautifully clean. Ann was a wonderful host. She even helped organise a driver to and from the airport making our arrival and (very early in the morning) departure very easy. We feel really lucky to have found this apartment as our ‘home’ for 6 days in Tbilisi. Highly recommended.

Beautiful interiors and very comfortable space. Only drawback is the noise from the traffic which makes use of balcony slightly marred. But the noise cannot be harmed with windows closed. Great hosts

Great flat, with a perfect location. We stayed in Tbilisi only a few days, but were able to access all the attractions such as botanical garden, national museum, fine arts museum by foot! A restaurant visited by Anthony Bourdain is just across the street. Just an fyi if you plan to work from home, the wifi can be a little bit spotty. Otherwise would highly recommend David’s place for your Tbilisi getaway :)

Жилье очень понравилось. Очень чисто, есть все необходимое для проживания. Всё продумано до мелочей. Улица тихая, рядом метро, автобусная остановка. Все вопросы Майя решает оперативно. Если буду в Тбилиси, то остановлюсь в этом доме. Рекомендую.

One of the best airbnbs I've stayed at! Very comfy, spacious and stylishly decorated. Great beds and blackout curtains. Strong wifi signal, good modern A/C My room was on the 3rd floor with a view on the Mtatsminda and overlooking a traditional georgian courtyard. Very quiet despite busy neighbourhood. The only thing to mind there is no lift in the building

הייתה חוויה נעימה דירה נקייה קומה גבוה עם נוף פנורמי לים היינו 6 מבוגרים וזה הספיק לא היה חסר שום דבר מטבח עם אבזור מלא מכונת כביסה אינטרנט היה מושלם

Очень уютный и красивый дом в посёлке Шекветили. Мы отдыхали с друзьями в середине апреля, вокруг тихо и спокойно, ощущение - будто мы вообще одни там были. До моря 5 минут, песчаный пляж, когда был шторм, очень красиво разливаются волны! Вид с крыши дома, на наш взгляд, его главная фишка - с одной стороны смотришь через деревья на море, с другой горы 🔥 Утром можно посидеть в тишине попить кофе, а вечером любоваться звёздами! Внутри дома очень уютно и есть всё необходимое для комфортной жизни, есть вся посуда для готовки, духовка, посудомойка, микроволновка и даже турка!) Для 8 человек идеально по количеству спальных мест Большое спасибо хозяевам дома за предоставление всей информации до заселения и тёплый приём. Нам очень понравилось, рекомендую! 💯 С удовольствием бы вернулись туда в более тёплое время

Ich bin froh, dass wir diese Unterkunft gewählt hatten. Die Aussicht und der Flair mit dem Panoramafenster ist wirklich vortrefflich. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, die Sauberkeit war makellos, die Kommunikation und der Service waren äußerst gut. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einfach ein Erlebnis ... dort auf dem Sofa zu sitzen und das nächtliche Tiflis von oben zu sehen und zu hören ... Besonders sinnvoll finde ich die riesige Klimaanlage/Heizung. In sehr kurzer Zeit bringt man damit die Wohnung auf exakt die Temperatur, die man haben möchte. Hinweis: Die Schlafzimmer haben keine Türen. Daher ist die Wohnung (wegen der fehlenden Privatsphäre untereinander) nicht für jede Personengruppe geeignet. Außerdem wird es früh morgens sehr hell und es gibt keine Möglichkeit zur Verdunklung des Raumes. Sofern der Vermieter das nicht korrigiert hat, muss man entweder um 7 Uhr aufwachen oder eine gute Schlafmaske mitbringen.

The most helpful landlady ever! She helped us organise a surprise birthday party. She came home before us and prepared the cake and balloons and everything!! The view is also amazing in the balcony. We are super greatful for everything

Мы провели замечательное время на этой вилле! Всё на вилле продумано до мелочей - есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха, включая возможность приготовить барбекю. Очень чисто, уютно и спокойно, а вид просто потрясающий! Отдельное спасибо Lusia - она всегда была на связи и помогала с любыми вопросами. Это идеальное место, чтобы отдохнуть от суеты и насладиться природой. С удовольствием вернулись бы сюда снова💕

Все было отлично! Спасибо большое хозяину за наш прекрасный отдых. Бассейн с подогревом был просто идеальной опцией в прохладную погоду. Можно сделать гриль, большой дом, очень уютно. Чистые и удобные постели. Единственное, в доме было много муравьев, наш совет над этим поработать. А так, все прекрасно!

Если в Лос-Анжелесе есть Голливудские холмы, то это то самое место в Батуми. Дом прекрасен! Недалеко от центра Батуми, в тихом районе, на горе, с собственным двором и ласковыми кошками, живущими исключительно на улице) В доме есть все, что нужно, очень чисто и в комнатах и в ваннах, хорошая сантехника, стабильная вода, на кухне есть все до мелочей! Гостиная потрясающая, с пятизвездочным видом из панорамных окон и очень красивым интерьером! Из спален открывается потрясающий вид на море и город. В ясную погоду и на горы! Мы приехали в Батуми в день, когда погода напоминала апокалипсис, но хозяева сделали все возможное, чтобы наше пребывание было максимально комфортным. Спасибо, Кристиан и Магда за теплый прием, у вас прекрасный дом, в который хочется вернуться!

A wonderful stay with Irine; we have been travelling for some time and to stay somewhere so quiet, which feels so much like your own home was a real highlight. We loved it and were very sad to leave after three nights. Irine gave us great instructions how to get there and we were able to check in early which was appreciated. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and shower has strong pressure. WiFi worked well and Netflix is available on the tv. Easy walk into town and all local attractions. The personal touches like her Mum putting our washing out of the rain, shows the level of care you get. Would love to stay again if ever in the area and highly recommend.

Ailemle birlikte 4 gece konakladık, muhteşem bir tatil geçirdik. Manzara mı desem, hava mı desem yoksa nermin hanım ve eşinin güler yüzü mü.. Çok güzel anılar ve resimler biriktirdik! Huzur dolu bir muhit, tam kafa dinlemelik. Ev çok temiz, her şey elinin altında. Gerçekten bu güzel yeri ilgilenen herkese tavsiye ediyorum. Herşey dört dörtluk Kopuz çiftine çok teşekkür ediyorum.

We really enjoyed staying at Nina’s apartment during our trip to Tbilisi. The location is super central yet tucked away in a peaceful area. The apartment has such a nice sense of style — charming, authentic, and just felt good to be in. And the big windows made it even better. Communication was easy, and we’d definitely come back. Thank you for the early check in. House is luxurious and the crockery, has a beauty and the beast, vibe. Amazing view. Extremely clean. One washroom has a toilet + wash area, the other has, just a toilet. Huge space, looks smaller in the pictures. Nana was very responsive and replied immediately. There are 24 hrs small outlets for food, just at the entrance of the lane. Supermarkets, metro, bus stops are close by. The same building has a tennis court, a hotel, another hotel at the side, so there is always someone near the entrance, making it a safe place. We were 2 women and felt safe. Even got a grab at 2am to the airport .The lockbox is at the road level, right side to the steps, do not climb the stairs for that, It's the middle box, black and white in color and yellow once opened. The place had coffee, tea, towels, bath wash, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, spices, sugar, iron. Will definitely book this place again. Was a good location, good host and an amazing house.

Maria and Rezi are wonderful, responsive hosts with great taste. Excellent well-planned room with high ceilings. The house is in a quiet area, I slept well. The house is close to the metro station. You can get to the city center in 15 minutes. There are also grocery stores nearby. Thanks Maria and Rezi!

Paul's place is really beautifully done. It's nice and bright, high ceilings and big windows, and the terrace is really wonderful. Ideal for a coffee and a croissant (or a cocktail). There are fab restaurants and shops nearby, and a really good gelateria. The neighbourhood is quite upmarket, and feels very safe. One thing I will say for first-time visitors is that the entrance and hallway doesn't seem very welcoming. But it turns out this is the case in many buildings in Tbilisi, due to historical reasons. The apartment itself is a gem 💎

We enjoyed our stay at Gvantsa and it was mostly as advertised, despite the problem with the water pressure and temperature. Very good location and communication with host was great!
