This beautiful, recently renovated home is out in the country down a dead-end road, but still only a few miles from the town of Ladysmith. It is about a mile from a little county park on the Dairyland Reservoir, only a few miles from the local golf course, and just down the road from hopping on the snowmobile trail in the winter. The cabin has everything you could want for a relaxing weekend close to water. We brought food for cooking and the kitchen did not disappoint. We were so excited to get into the canoe and the kayaks- this was the highlight of our trip and the cabin had everything we needed. We would love to return to this little treasure!!

What a great vacation! Tina’s place is perfect! Her hospitality and helpful information made it so easy and enjoyable. The house is beautiful, the view of the lake, the bird watching and the fire pit is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Everything was so clean and beautiful. We will definitely be returning.

Kate and Scot have a groomed connector to the Rib Lake ski trails, which are some of the best we've ever been on. Forest Springs, Rusch Preserve, and Timm's Hill trails (plus a few others) can all be accessed via this trail system and everything is well-marked. Kate and Scot were such accommodating hosts. They kept us updated on the trail grooming and even had the sauna going for us when we were done skiing each day. At the same time, they were very respectful of our privacy. The loft itself is cute, cozy, and very comfy. We had everything we needed for our short stay. Details like aromatherapy sprays, herbal teas, and thoughtful lighting really elevated our time in the loft. The bed was very comfortable and, a big plus for us, there were lots of cozy places to curl up with a book. Overall, we had a wonderfully relaxing and fun time. We felt like we were at our own private XC ski resort. Highly recommend for a winter getaway.

Britt was a wonderful host and the home was exactly what we were looking for to get away for a long week. The views were beautiful, the house was clean, lake and pier were wonderful for fishing. Britt was incredibly responsive and we definitely would stay again!

Great location right off the ATV trail and close to several boat ramps. Cabin is great very comfortable and quiet plus the stars were amazing. We heard a long eared owl every night and saw a great grey owl IYKYK.
