Great place to get to know Sicily east coast. The Jacuzzi is very nice

This was the perfect place for our first time in Positano. The views are breathtaking, the location is very convenient and the apartment has everything you need to be comfortable. Letizia and Grady are superb hosts. They were very helpful in preparation for our trip, Grady greeted us on arrival and arranged porters to move our bags when we checked in and out (pro tip for any first timers: don’t think twice about hiring porters, you won’t regret it). Their guidebook was full of great suggestions and made it really easy for us to plan our stay. I know we will be back to Positano someday and this will be the first place we book!

We had a wonderful vacation. The apartment is really great and has a unique view of the Mediterranean Sea. Wenche is a super friendly host who takes care of everything.

Beautiful accommodation in the middle of a cultivated, lush green property with fantastic views towards the east coast. Everything was as expected based on the pictures and description, rather a little prettier. Cleanliness great, tranquility and panorama fantastic. The reception is super warm, recommendations for excursions very good. The location is of course a bit off the beaten track, but absolutely OK to reach by car through narrow alleys. You just don't find something like this right in the village. Overall, an absolute recommendation!

Having traveled extensively through Europe we were a little doubtful about the consistently exceptional reviews of this apartment but here we are adding our 100% recommendation. The apartment is beautiful and the location provides access to several day trips, including Positano and Amalfi, assuming you ever want to leave the balcony. The views are stunning so staying put is a valid choice! What sets this Airbnb apart however are the hosts. Never have we had hosts who were so helpful and invested in our stay. On the day we arrived, Angela and her husband drove us to the market to buy provisions (we could have walked but they wanted to save us the trip up the stone steps). Every day Raffaele checked in with us to provide recommendations, advice, or to offer to arrange transportation- sometimes by him! He sent detailed pictures for directions and checked in to be sure we found the bus stops etc. There are a lot of steps, so bring your sneakers and enjoy this amazing property.

Fantastic host and Grazia’s husband was so helpful on arrival. The apartment was spacious and spotless clean. Beautiful sea view and location was brilliant. Everything was within walking distance and accessible on foot. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. Host was very communicative. throughout

Where to start... prior to our arrival she provided her information so she could help pick us up with our bags and give us a personal tour. She treats her home with pride and her guests like family. Giovanna and her family all helped make our stay memorable and comfortable. She was flexible with us since we had a late wedding to attend and really cared about us personally. She remembers the little details like what you like for breakfast and even wished my husband a happy birthday. The view is beautiful, the room is cozy, her food is made with love and my heart is so full. My husband and I left feeling so cared for. Everyone is respectful of space and Giovanna is just a lovely person I hope to visit again. If you want an ordinary experience go elsewhere but if you want something extraordinary visit Giovanna <3

Sonia and Paulo have invested so much time, energy and love into Villa Clelia. Together they have shaped it into a magical paradise where the weary traveller can relax in elegant comfort. No detail has been left untouched from the stylishly equipped and spacious accommodation with its al fresco dining patio to the splendid garden and pool area where majestic olive trees stand proud in a sea of closely cropped green lawn, and where aromatic jasmine cascades down the wall to the shimmering swimming pool, lit up like a film set with lanterns at night and blessed with birdsong by day. Sonia and Paulo are the world's perfect hosts. Charming, friendly, attentive and super helpful. They will guide you in whatever direction your interests lie, whether that be in the beautiful cultural and historical villages and towns in the area, the long uninterrupted beaches and bars of the coast, or hiking in the Aspromonte National Park. The local food is delightful whether you eat out or in. Heaven.

We had a very nice stay at Davide's apartment. He was very friendly, always available and enhanced the vacation. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. The view from the terrace is fantastic. Thank you for the hospitality.

Daniel and his wife were amazing..Friendly, welcoming and warm people, in a truly sicilian way. The apartment was even more impressive than the photos suggested: the sleek kitchen, stylish living area, and cozy bedroom all felt freshly updated. Lovely clean and beautiful accommodation with a great view. Check-in and check-out were flexible and easy. The area is quiet, and it’s easy to get to Taormina by car.

Don't hesitate to book this place! My son and I thought it looked so beautiful in photos, but we were blown away by the beauty that greeted us when we arrived! Beautiful and lush garden, wonderful surroundings and the house itself was completely unique! A mix of old and new, it is really an architect who has had a sense of detail when they renovated this room! The place was authentic and quiet. Maria was kind and good at communicating with us before we arrived. I had read many good reviews about her personality and was disappointed that she would not be there during our stay. But when we arrived and met Vittorio who was there instead of Maria, we were just happy he was the most helpful and sweet person! He did EVERYTHING to make us feel comfortable and offered to shop for us and went to the pharmacy when I got an infection. His hospitality and charming personality were absolutely formidable! The apartment was amazing, set in stunning surroundings. Very peaceful and relaxing. Gaetano was a great host, very responsive and helpful and always available for us. The most amazing week in Taormina, Gianfranco met us on our first day and gave us a detailed tour of the property, he told us how to get around and gave recommendations on where to eat and go. The place is even better than the pictures. Comfy bed, spacious kitchen, great bathroom and the star is of course the patio, we could sit there taking in the view all day. The jacuzzi is amazing, spectacularly situated overlooking the whole town, so relaxing after a day exploring Taormina we looked forward to it everyday! We also loved the hike to Castelmola which is so easy to find the path from the property All in all we have nothing but positives after our week here, thank you Gianfranco & Giovanna!

Our stay has been amazing! The host is very welcoming and helpful. The property is clean, very well decorated and furnished. The location in the city center is very convenient. You can leave the car in the garage and enjoy walking through the city. We loved it a lot.!

Our stay at Casa Colonica was like a dream! Nestled at the foot of Gerace, the views of the Ionian coast were simply magical. The house and pool were immaculately maintained and spotless. It's possibly the most remarkable place to stay in Calabria with children — peaceful, spacious and giving you an elequent country feeling but very close by car to both Locri and Gerace for anything you need. Mariagrazia and Vincenzo were warm, welcoming hosts. We would absolutely love to return!

This home is just a few minutes from the historic center, located in a charming neighborhood surrounded by beautiful shops. The host is incredibly friendly and flexible. The space is spacious and completely private, featuring a swimming pool and a lovely rooftop setup perfect for relaxing and chilling.

A beautiful spacious property, well equipped and with a marvellous swimming pool in which we swam every day. Alberto and also Nisha were very responsive and helpful. The villa is an easy 15 -20 minute drive to Siracusa.

We have just returned home to the UK , having spent a week at Natasha & David's villa . It is simple, retaining many of the original features of the property . Well appointed , fantastic air conditioning, lovely pool . Really beautifully finished inside, comfy beds and lovely bed linen . It is very private but not too far from anywhere, lots of choice within a 10-20 minute drive . The area has retained its original character and charm. The villa allows you to completely switch off. There are two really friendly cats at the property who are no bother and stay outside but appreciate a cuddle and some food and water ! David was really helpful and attentive and really speedy with responses . We had a faultless week, worth every penny . We fully intend to go back .
