Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Great location with easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district.

The views from huge picture windows are gorgeous, especially to the north and west. Native plantings are of numerous indigenous and exotic cactus species, and other native bushes and trees. Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Peaceful Little Desert House - mountains, cactus!

So much History on this 7 acre property! The famous Tucson artist, Ted Degrazia, stayed here and actually painted on the walls! If you are coming to the desert for the mountains, the cactus, the sunsets and the wildlife, but also want to be very close to everything; this is the place! There are multiple homes on this property. Our primary home is here and and another vacation home. There is a huge Party Barn on the property that can be added on for events, at a special rate.
