We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private home on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but unsuitable for early to bed and late to rise and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The main train station and the city are about 10 minutes away (about 20 minutes on foot) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby vicinity. OG und bietet für jeden Zweck - egal ob Ruhrpott-Tour, Stadionbesuch oder Geschäftsreise - den perfekten Ausgangspunkt. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Nähe zur A40, ist aber ruhig gelegen und daher ein Ort für Einkehr und Erholung. The bathroom is equipped with a tub, separate shower, wall-mounted toilet, vanity and LED mirror. The dining area is designed for four people and is located directly next to the open kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven and coffee maker. On the second level, there is fitness equipment, a workstation and a double bed with TV.

Our spacious and light-flooded apartment offers the perfect starting point for the Veltins Arena (3.2 km) and the ZOOM adventure world (1.8 km). It is close to everything (main station, Bermuda Triangle, theater and much more), making it easy to plan your visit.
