A decent place to stay for a short stay in Belfast. Kim was lovely and made sure everything would be welcoming. It was nice to have a sense of privacy still with household comforts. As one would imagine, as a sort of converted garden shed it is really humid and takes a lot of window opening and running a dehumidifier to stay comfortable. I also had the impression that the walls don't stop much noise and there was one day I could hear a lot of loud talking. If you're gone all day (as I was) and just coming back in the evening then it's no big deal. The location is outside the city centre but is a quaint suburban neighbourhood with a nice view. A bus stop is conveniently located, but it's important to be prepared since the buses come infrequently and often not in the evenings or at night.

Alan is an excellent host who made me feel right at home during my stay. He provided great recommendations for places to visit and showed exceptional hospitality. His friendly nature made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this lovely accommodation to anyone visiting Belfast for a comfortable stay and a memorable vacation. The WiFi speed was good, and commuting to the city center and nearby attractions was convenient.

We needed some temporary accommodation between moving home and Callum's property was perfect for us. Communication was great and the host ensured we had everything we needed. The property was tidy, cosy and well equipped. It didn't take long to warm up with the gas heating and we were able to make ourselves at home quite easily. A spare room used as a wardrobe also provided some much needed space for additional storage while moving home. The location was quiet and extremely convenient for us and we were usually able to park directly outside of the property Thanks for having us!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jane’s house. Great location if you’re travelling by car and prefer to stay a little outside but not far from the city - very peaceful and quiet area. We occupied the entire ground floor of the house and were in complete privacy from the tenants upstairs. This apartment was probably the most beautiful Airbnb we’ve stayed at so far - a full-fledged design house, which turned out to be cosier and more spacious than it appeared on the photos. The host was attentive to our requests and always responded. When we arrived, the kitchen was well equipped to prepare a light breakfast but lacked kitchenware for cooking main dishes for a company of 4 adults, which was resolved by Jane by next day. So, if you’re planning to cook a lot during your stay, it’s worth letting Jane know what you may need so that the required utensils could be provided beforehand. The bedrooms and bathroom had everything we needed and more! Great stay overall that we can only recommend :)
