great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

I can’t say enough about our stay at Jill’s house in Northglen. We had 6 bedrooms with ample space for all of us. The house was clean and the hosts were responsive during our stay. The backyard, including the pool are 10/10. The house is also very close to restaurants, grocery, a movie theater, etc. Can’t go wrong with this house!

Our 2nd time at the place and we love it. It was perfect for a group of men going to a conference.

Mark’s home was absolutely beautiful! The place was spacious, very clean, beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked with all you would need, and in a lovely and peaceful area. Mark was very helpful and quickly responded to all our questions and needs, a great host we greatly appreciated. The garage was an absolute plus given the very snowy weather we had that week. Such a great experience and strongly recommend.

Really well situated close to DEN airport with comfortable beds. The space is cozy and somewhat quirky, with everything we needed for our short stay. Large grocery/retailers within easy driving distance.

We felt right at home in Elizabeth’s place, the views from the deck were gorgeous! The home was just right for our family - we loved it!

Garrett's place was just the perfect stop after the most stressful move from FL to CO. We had issues with our other stay and Garrett took us last minute and had his B&B prepped and ready to go! It was clean, nicely decorated, super cozy, very safe, and had such a wonderful backyard for my three fur babies. He even had an area in the back that had bags to pick up our fur babies' messes in the yard. Also, one of our favorite parts is that we could park in the garage to unload! It is a nicely located house in a great neighborhood, nearby so many restaurants and different things to do in Parker. We would 100% stay again and highly recommend Garrett and his stay.

Beautifully decorated & spacious home Lots of room for a family and convenient to all the places we visited. Great place to walk up to the Rock and the kids loved it. Also the arcade was hit with them as well. Jesse and Anna were super hosts in communicating with us and it was a warm and inviting home. Exceptionally clean and having this many baths and bedrooms was a plus with this many people. Everything went smoothly and I highly recommend staying at this home. We will definitely stay here again when we come to visit my son and his new wife.

The airbnb is spacious and clean. The Kleinhan's were very responsive and great with communication. They provided all the amenities and more!

Todd was great, house was great and had some arcade games for fun. Walkable from down town and very clean.

It was very clean and the massage chair is excellent and the hot tub and pool are clean and feel great! The place was clean and calm the owners don’t bother and they are great with communication

This was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in the Parker neighborhood close by. It was much closer than a hotel so we could avoid traffic and was similar in price to a hotel but much more spacious. While the family lives upstairs, we could only hear footsteps at times and never while sleeping so this really wasn’t an issue. Everything was clean and anything needed was provided (coffee, linens, toiletries, etc). We will stay here again next time we are in town.

Best Airbnb ever! Nick was very nice and responsive with everything. I stayed over a month and he was always proactive to make sure my stay was good. I don’t think there is a better airbnb for the money in the Denver area. The house was very clean and as nice or nicer than the pictures. The basement is a separate airbnb but Nick has installed sound machines in every bedroom. The house seems to be insulated well because I never heard any noises from the basement without the noise machine. I couldn’t recommend this house enough, and if I am in the south Denver area again, I will definitely be booking with Nick again.

Very nice area so I believe rental rate reflects that. Plus, easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping.

This was a great spot for a weekend getaway! We loved the amenities, especially the dome for stargazing, the pool table, and the sauna. There’s also a fenced in dog run, which was a great touch and allowed us to safely hang outside with the pups. The views from the front deck are awesome as well. Brad was a great host, and we would definitely stay here again!

Top likes: Awesome location for a conference we attended, tons of restaurants and stores around, quiet neighborhood, comfy house, responsive host! Issues happen sometimes and when you have a great host that makes all the difference. Our GPS took us one street away for some reason. Big perk to have garage access! Nice neighborhood and great for walks if you want. Amazing to have 2.5 baths for us all. Plenty of towels & Kitchen is stocked with most all you will need. Our family appreciated the scent free linens ! We have sensitivities so that was a plus! We hope to stay here again next year ! One thing that may help other travelers: the bed pillows are all a type of firm memory foam. Nice, but if you are not used to them bring your own.
