Full walk out basement apartment with private entrance. 2 large bedrooms, one bathroom . Kitchenette/wet bar, full size fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster, coffee makers (keurig and drip), electric skillet and gas grill outside on the patio. Full size pool table. Laundry available, dedicated parking. You don't have to share the space with anyone, it's all yours. In addition to the grill, there is a gas fire pit, chairs and a table outside. There is a pickle ball court . 4/20 friendly.

This is a great house! Lots of room in a peaceful location. Newly renovated throughout. It even has 3 bedrooms with king sized beds! That is unheard of in my research. The hot tub is a nice touch. The only thing that would have made our experience better was if it had been a clear night when I used it. I am sure that on a clear night the stars are amazing! I would definitely go back!

She was always available with excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, which truly enhanced my visit to the Denver area. What really impressed me was how Randi handled even the smallest issues. Whenever something came up, she resolved it immediately with a smile, showing genuine concern for my comfort and satisfaction. For example, when I had car trouble, Randi promptly provided me with the contact information for her mechanic. It was clear she puts a lot of thought and care into making her guests' stays enjoyable. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb experience. If you’re looking for a place where the host goes above and beyond and provides an amazing stay, Randi’s place is the one to choose. Her hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable!

Kathy and Shea were wonderful hosts. Their place was very welcoming and had thoughtful gestures of snacks and bathroom toiletries. The neighborhood was quiet, the beds and towels were plush. We loved the decor and artwork! I would recommend their place for your stay.

This was perfect for what we needed. It was open, quiet, & cozy. Julie was very kind. We didn’t have much interaction but I felt I would have been very easy to reach out. Checkin was very simple & clear. I would recommend this place & I would stay there again.
