This is one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed. The home is in an amazing village and is so peaceful and beautiful with great views. The location is very accessible to fun hiking trails. Lousã is good to stock up on groceries. The home has good wifi and the bottle of wine the host left was such a thoughtful and pleasant surprise. We really liked sitting on the patio having food and wine and just taking in all of the surroundings. I have never been somewhere so unique. Such a special place.

Ana’s place is charming and comfortable. The view from the back terrace is spectacular. Ana kindly made a dinner reservation for us nearby and supplied us with freshly baked bread for breakfast. She is an excellent host and her place is perfect for relaxing in peaceful and beautiful surroundings. We wished we had time to swim at the nearby river pool which looked amazing. Maybe next time! A simple, nice house in an old village in the mountains. The area is great if you like hiking in nature. A very idyllic river runs just below the village. In early June, it is very quiet here and the meadows are full of flowers. Sofia is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed it.

Excellent stay. Very comfortable and clean apartment. We felt very welcome from the very first moment. New apartment with the necessary comfort for a great stay. Quick host in communication and available for any questions. Clear instructions on check-in and on the use of the bed for the third adult. I highly recommend the stay. Central location and parking at the door.

pleasant for a night, the kitchen is available. everything is clean. Eduardo booked us a room overlooking the back so less noise from the road. It was very nice.

Apartment decorated with very good taste and fragrant. With everything to serve ourselves in the kitchen including a washing machine and a delta coffee machine, 3 very beautiful bedrooms, 1 practical bathroom, a very cozy living room with a large LCD... everything was excellent. Thank you for the amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at Sue’s place. It was spacious, clean and very well equipped; perfect for a family stay. Sue was a superb host - great communication and kindly providing some welcome refreshments on arrival. Was also very understanding and accommodating regarding our ’slight booking error’…! Highly recommended and we would certainly come back to stay again

Pete and Linda are the best hosts we've ever had on Airbnb. They both went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable, from local restaurant recommendations to pool toys and everything in-between. Our daughter had an amazing holiday! The house itself is charming, with tonnes of space and everything you could need. The pool is fantastic and well kept. The local area is remote and beautiful with gorgeous countryside everywhere and some charming river beaches. I managed a run down from the house to the beach and back a couple of times but it's pretty hilly. In short, we couldn't recommend this place more. Thanks

We had a beautiful time at Helen's place. The studio is huge and very light and airy. The apartment was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. The house is in an area of natural beauty with loads of hikes and river beaches nearby. We were just 5 minutes drive from the local town where we found some really nice little bars and also some fantastic authentic resteraunts. We had a wonderful time exploring the area and also enjoyed time relaxing by the pool and admiring the nature surrounding the house. A great place to watch the stars as there is so little light pollution. It is a great getaway for people who find romance in the tranquility and peace of nature. What really made our stay so magical was Helen's hosting. She greeted us with a smile and spoiled us with fresh produce from her garden. She let us know where to go in the area and simply took excellent care of us! We can't wait to return!
