Vacation rentals with a pool in Castelo Branco District

An excellent stay, couple and two children plus a dog .. huge space for everyone, beautiful, well treated … nothing was missing in the house, everything you need is equipped and utensils for everything, huge loungers, swings and the dog can walk around without a problem, even for those who want to have a large Pet ZONE and can lock the dog there if they don't want to let it walk around, it wasn't our case but if necessary even that detail is there. I recommend it

I would say the area is beautiful, but we didn't really get out of the jacuzzi in 4 days hehe Still, it's a great place, surrounded by forest but very easy to access. From Spain, all highway, and with all basic amenities 6km away. The house had everything you need; the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and pillows, and a modern and clean bathroom. Rachael came every morning to check that the jacuzzi was clean and ready for a new day and to help if we needed anything. A quiet, intimate and romantic place. It was also full of details in the form of a piglet, which gave it a special charm 🥰

A dream place! Beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly designed. Everything felt thoughtful and welcoming. Truly hard to leave...we’ll definitely be back :)!

Private and Relaxing, an outstanding weekend surrounded by nature and silence. Pool was the solution for the extreme heat where we could fresh ourselves and enjoy the sun and view. The place was really comfy and welcoming, and it looks much better in person. The hosts weeks prior to the reservation provided us with all the information we needed and received us in the reservation day with a big smile. Also during the stay they’ve been extremely quick responding to any questions we had. I really enjoyed the experience and thank you so much for letting us stay in your house. the space is even better than the photos, rooms with bathroom on the first floor and on the second floor a unique space with everything you need to stay with your family, I hope to return soon.

We absolutely loved our holiday here! It's one of the most beautiful properties I've ever stayed on with Airbnb. The views are incredible and the garden is the perfect place to decompress and relax. João was incredibly responsive and helpful if we had any questions about the house or local recommendations. Highly recommend to anyone looking to explore a different side of Portugal outside of the city ❤️

Very clean accommodation, peaceful environment. Lianne and her husband are friendly and welcomed us. The kids loved the pool.

This countryside getaway is a hidden gem. We loved the luxurious apartment and the view over the fields of the sheep, goats and donkeys. We also enjoyed exploring the Serra da Lousâ on foot and by mountain bike. Lots to do here and Tom is a really helpful host.

Pete and Linda are the best hosts we've ever had on Airbnb. They both went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable, from local restaurant recommendations to pool toys and everything in-between. Our daughter had an amazing holiday! The house itself is charming, with tonnes of space and everything you could need. The pool is fantastic and well kept. The local area is remote and beautiful with gorgeous countryside everywhere and some charming river beaches. I managed a run down from the house to the beach and back a couple of times but it's pretty hilly. In short, we couldn't recommend this place more. Thanks

Very kind and helpful, understanding to our specific check-in needs since we needed to arrive a little later and he even started the fireplace ahead of time. He went above and beyond, getting us a tart pan so we could make a dessert after we just had the silly will to do so

We had a beautiful time at Helen's place. The studio is huge and very light and airy. The apartment was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. The house is in an area of natural beauty with loads of hikes and river beaches nearby. We were just 5 minutes drive from the local town where we found some really nice little bars and also some fantastic authentic resteraunts. We had a wonderful time exploring the area and also enjoyed time relaxing by the pool and admiring the nature surrounding the house. A great place to watch the stars as there is so little light pollution. It is a great getaway for people who find romance in the tranquility and peace of nature. What really made our stay so magical was Helen's hosting. She greeted us with a smile and spoiled us with fresh produce from her garden. She let us know where to go in the area and simply took excellent care of us! We can't wait to return!

What a wonderful stay we had at Sonia and Rui’s house. It was very well equipped, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were both very responsive, helpful and friendly. The area is very quiet with nice neighbours. There are 2 balconies with a lovely view of the lake, a barbecue, and the house itself is very spacious. The village shop is a short car journey, which is well stocked. We travelled mostly to Tomar (approximately 20 mins by car) where there are a fantastic range of larger supermarkets and restaurants. The direct water access was absolutely fantastic for us, and we spent most of our time on the water/at the lake. The launch itself is a short drive away, but not an issue to get to. The access to the lake is fairly steep, but walkable/accessible. Our 3 year old managed this fine, and couldn’t wait to go swimming in the lake everyday. There is also a shared condominium pool, and was quiet during our stay. We were sad to leave, but will be back!
