A Quinta das Sesmarias situa-se na periferia urbana da Vila de Alcains, sendo uma propriedade com 3,5ha que mantém as características rurais do início do século XX. Vista Panorâmica e Jacuzzi O Palheiro encontra-se localizado na aldeia de Sobral Fernando e é uma casa datada de 1936 sendo toda ela construída em pedra de xisto.
