Great house with many rooms and separate beds. Really enjoyed the large terrace with swimming pool and BBQ. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!

This was a great place to stay! Carmen (the host), met us to provide the key and show us around the apartment. The apartment was as advertised in the pictures, very clean and easy to get around. It’s located very close to the beach, so was only a short walk everyday back and forth. Iris (Carmens daughter) and Carmen were in constant contact to make sure we were having a good time and to help with anything we needed. Overall I highly recommend this place, if you’re looking for something close to the beach, that’s comfortable, clean and well maintained.

Bonjour, Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans le logement de Catherine et Steve. Le quartier est très calme, idéal pour se reposer, et la piscine est un vrai atout pour petits et grands ! La plage est facilement accessible à pied en à peine 5 minutes, ce qui est très pratique. Le logement était impeccable à notre arrivée : propre, bien rangé et conforme à la description. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse et réactivité :)

La casa de Maite es preciosa y muy acogedora,te llena de mucha paz y tranquilidad,está muy bien ubicada en el centro de Vinaròs. Maite es una anfitriona genial,amable y muy atenta en todo momento. Super aconsejable!! Si volvemos por la zona,sin duda repetiremos con Maite!! Muchas gracias por todo!!

Jose took the time to check us in and show us around , msg us recommendations and generally felt if we needed anything he’d be happy to help . The place was perfect and situated just right from beach to shops to travel . All in all spot on definitely stdy again Thankyou Jose

Amparo ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Sie war immer ansprechbar und hat auf Nachrichten schnell reagiert. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir Wasser, Brot, Orangen und Wassermelone vor. Kaffee, Tee und Marmelade waren auch vorhanden, so dass wir nicht mehr viel einkaufen mussten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und so wie beschrieben. Amparo war sehr freundlich und hat uns Tipps für die Stadt gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten wiederkommen. Wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist fantastisch, es fehlte an nichts. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und im Bad gab es Duschgel, Shampoo und Spülung.

We spent a few days here in March and it was great. As it was off season, there was barely anyone there and we had the beach basically to ourselves which was great for our dogs and children to run around. The place is exactly as described and clean and comfortable with a lovely, little private garden in addition to the shared outside space. Fernanda welcomed us and showed us around.

Nicolas jest fantastycznym gospodarzem. Chociaż nie mówi po angielsku jest bardzo komunikatywny i pomocny. Pozwolił nam zostać w domu do 19, za co jesteśmy ogromnie wdzięczni. Miłym gestem był poczęstunek na wejściu, oraz przepyszne pączki z czekoladą z okazji święta Fallas. Lokalizacja idealna. Zaraz po wyjściu z domu jest się na plaży. Przystanki tramwajowe i autobusowe w odległości 2-3 minut od domu. Polecam!

I and my family found the house very conveniently located, just a stroll away from the town of Vinaros and the main sandy beach (the one just in front is a pebble beach, nothing wrong with it, just a matter of preferences). The house was fully equipped with everything one can need for a one-week stay (or longer). The little garden was very well cared and the kids enjoyed it a lot. The host was always responsive, flexible and really nice. Communication with her was very easy. There is also access to a common pool area, but we didn't use it much. Only thing to mention, perhaps, is that the house is on two levels connected by stairs.

Tout était parfait. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée. Literie à revoir après très bel emplacement, tranquille, calme. Belle vue sur la mer.

La casa ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas. Estaba muy limpia y disponía de todo para pasar unos días de descanso. La playa está literalmente al lado y se llega en 3 minutos andando, aunque si no te apetece bajar al mar también te puedes bañar en la piscina. Hay que seguir varias instrucciones al llegar y al salir, pero los propietarios te detallan y explican todo muy bien. La comunicación con ellos ha sido excelente. Hemos disfrutado de un fin de semana con amigos estupendo!

El casoplón... le hemos llamado con los amigos a la casa. Hemos pasado un gran finde en ella. Tiene de todo. Habitaciones con baño y aire, una bonita cocina, sofá y camas super cómodas, barbacoa... La casa está recién reformada así que casi la estrenamos. Hemos disfrutado mucho con la familia y amigos. tiene una bonita piscina, imprescindible para este tiempo. Y por las noches, cena en el jardín. Es tal cual en las fotos o mejor. Muy agradable de estar con las personas cercanas. Así que la recomendamos. Todo el grupo lo ha valorado super bien!! Buscaba una casa en un punto intermedio para un reencuentro, y todos han quedado contentos y han vivido una gran experiencia juntos. así que misión cumplida!!.

Realmente estamos muy agradecidos con Remedios por su amabilidad y cordialidad en todo momento. La casa estaba espectacular, tal cual lo mostraba en la publicación, no solo eso sino que sumamente limpio, ordenado y con todo lo necesario para pasar el tiempo que fuese necesario. Nosotros pasamos 3 días y 2 noches allí y fueron increíbles. La piscina, la casa, todo! Obviamente volveremos en cualquier momento.

Merci à Gaelle et Khalid (et Farid) pour leur accueil dans ce logement qui est tout simplement parfait. le logement est situé à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la plage de sable fin et à 5 minutes en voiture du centre d'Alcossebre au calme absolu dans une propriété fermée avec Piscine, espace de jeu pour enfant et même un poulailler. Notre petite fille a adoré ! La maison est propre, fonctionnelle et spacieuse avec une terasse qui donne directement sur la piscine. Les hôtes sont adorables même si nous les avons peu croisé durant notre séjour. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une belle région et nous nous sommes senti comme chez nous pendant 1 semaine. Merci à eux.

Una estancia maravillosa en una casa ESTUPENDA, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de Peñíscola. La anfitriona fue excelente, siempre atenta y disponible. Sin duda, volveremos.

We had a fantastic holiday stay at Bernard’s apartment! The location is peaceful, the apartment is tastefully decorated, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The pool was a real highlight — clean, quiet, and with a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment was very cozy and family-friendly. We especially appreciated the artwork, which added a warm and inviting touch. And finally, a special thank you to Mirabel, who was an absolutely perfect host — welcoming, helpful, and always available if we had any questions. We and our children had a wonderful time and would love to return again soon. Highly recommended!

The Design House was great, we had an amazing stay. Short walk from the beach and lots to do locally. Very near the bus stop to get you into Valanecia Central in about 30 mins. We very much enjoyed our stay. There is a big wheeled shopping bag to take to the beach and beach umberellas (and shopping). Balls for the kids to throw about. It was just an easy breezy place with no drama. Thanks everyone - we had a blast!

We had some issues trying to get in to the house but Alexandra was very helpful and always answered when we had questions. We could not have asked for a better house, we loved the terrace and four bathrooms is definitely a plus when six girls are living together. The area was very homely and peaceful but still close to all the places we wanted to visit.

Tuve una estancia maravillosa en este alojamiento. Desde el momento en que llegamos Pedro fue muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con cualquier duda. Las instalaciones estaban impecables,muy cómodas. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de la playa, sin duda volveremos. ¡Altamente recomendado!

El alojamiento de Fernando es super acogedor! Hemos pasado un fin de semana y muy agusto! El alojamiento está muy cerca de la playa y tiene muchos servicios cerca. Es tal cual las fotos, las camas cómodas, con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. El anfitrión desde el minuto uno ha contestado muy rápido y dando muchos detalles o consejos sobre qué hacer. Nos ha mandado una lista extensa de restaurantes, bares, cosas que hacer en la zona! De 10! Muchísimas gracias!
