Beatriz is the perfect host , always responsive and very friendly. The place is even better than in the photos. With its perfect location i think is one of the best places that you can find in Valencia. Recommend for sure !

A great small apartment but very well equipped. The contacts, from start to finish were perfect and the welcome very friendly. Mutual trust worthy of mention. The location is very quiet, so is the building. The ability to park in the garage is a huge plus. Tram station a 5-minute walk away. I spent about ten days and restful nights. I would definitely recommend this place for a single person or a couple. There is everything you need to feel at home.

Very comfortable, quiet and spacious apartment with a very well-oriented and comfortable terrace, (it's a pity that the weather did not allow us to make the most of it). The automatic light switch tripped a couple of times, but it was fixed from the automatic switch box inside the apartment. Everything's perfect. Oscar

We loved our stay. The apartment is nicely situated, with a good layout, and it had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. On top, Joaquin was an excellent host! Very friendly, helpful, and responsive. It really felt like he cared and wanted to make our vacation as comfortable as possible. Check-in was a breeze and we also appreciate that the house is at the entrance to the parking lot. We were very comfortable in the accommodation at all times. We enjoyed a few days of grilled meat on a grill with plenty of space and an area to work the meat, next to a very comfortable terrace covered by the sun. The pool was great for a few hot days. If I had to give something "negative" but with the intention of improvement that has not affected the rating... I would say that the freezer did not cool at the same power all the time. We put in an ice cream on the first day and took it out on the third day in the afternoon, but it wasn't frozen, it was more like a mousse. Still, it did its job and I'm sure they'll fix it. Another aspect that I would like to emphasize is that there were food plastics (cheese and a chicken tray) from the previous guests in some areas of the terrace. Nothing that bothered us, but I did want to point it out. Thank you very much for everything!

It was an incredible experience, the area is very quiet and safe, the property has everything you need, you just have to bring food, it is huge, ideal for going with children, our trip with friends had the place we needed to relax, disconnect, share and rest. The barbecue is strategically located and very comfortable to use. Definitely not 5 but 10 stars. You're sure we'll go back

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. Nice swimming pool that is also easy to use in April. Luxuriously furnished and everything is available. Really a lovely property. Also, can always appreciate if all the herbs for cooking are there;-) Ashley is very responsive and friendly. We were with 3 children and 2 adults.

We stayed 2 nights, a lightning trip, Aurora managed everything very well, very detailed, very clean, very nice people, I would definitely come back.

Staying at this Airbnb in Valencia felt less like booking a vacation rental and more like being lovingly adopted by the city itself. Let’s start with the location: perfection. You’re basically neighbors with the Mercat Central, which means every morning smells like fresh oranges and baked bread, and you’re steps away from all the magic; tapas bars, historic sights, and enough charming alleyways to get happily lost in at least once a day. We went with little time because we went to an event. Graham was available to give us clear instructions on how to get there, park, and restaurants. Incredible views where you can breathe tranquility. Highly recommended place, with everything you need for a longer stay.

Everything went great, the host allowed us to check in early without any hesitation. It was very important because we were with the children and crossed the far way. The apartment corresponds to its description, has everything you need. Of special importance is the terrace, which is large and with nice views

Even better than we expected. Perfect location, very clean and very well-equipped house. With a spectacular terrace, a community pool and quiet on the same floor. We were also able to bring our pet. They gave us recommendations for places without asking. The person who received us was lovely. It was perfect!

Sergio's apartment is better than what is described and seen in the photos, everything is very clean, it has a lot of kitchenware and the terrace and the area where it is located is wonderful as well as the bbq and the community pool, it is super quiet and has private parking, it is only 10 minutes from Peñiscola. Sergio is very friendly and is always attentive to make sure you're doing well, he recommends places and things to do. We'll be back to this apartment for sure. Many thanks to Sergio !

Great stay by all means. Apartment is well maintained and had everything we needed for a smooth vacation. Along with that there's a dog beach right next to the house and a few cool spots to visit in the neighbour cities.

Jana's accommodation is beautiful, well cared for and very tastefully decorated. The area is quiet and with all the services nearby (bars, restaurants, supermarkets,….). Its proximity to the City of Arts and Sciences is wonderful
