Concediti solo il meglio in questo appartamento raffinato e curato, dove il moderno contrasto tra grigio, nero e bianco incontra le calde tonalità del parquet in legno, per un'esperienza che appaga la vista e non solo. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a three-family house. It has a balcony of about 6 square meters and a room with a wash cabinet. The interior of the apartment consists of: -Kitchen, equipped with fridge-freezer, electric fan oven, microwave, induction hob, a hood, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine , dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, various cooking utensils. -A living area, always in the same room of the kitchen, there is a sofa and a Led TV (via Satellite). Netflix -A bedroom, with a double bed and bedside tables, an armchair and a spacious wardrobe. -Bathroom, modern, with bidet, toilet, sink with mirror and finally a spacious shower with thermostatic mixer and light for chromotherapy. Guests can access any part of the apartment. I will be available to welcome them and help them in case of problems or needs. Safe and healthy. The location is in a separate wing of an old rural house (recently restored ) located in a characteristic ancient hamlet on the Lake Maggiore It is composed of a living, an old-style comfortable kitchen , two bedrooms and a bathroom, ideal for a 4-5 people family. The living room faces a little garden in a courtyard where it is good to relax and picnic. The place is at a few hundred meters from Caldé a most renowned location called the "Portofino of Lake Maggiore"

A tiny and charming ground floor of a guesthouse, fully equipped, dating back to late ‘800, just restaured, in a garden of camellias, villa Anelli, with view on lake Maggiore. it is only reachable via feet. The romantic veranda, with glass walls, faces camellias blooming in springtime and winter, green during summer. It seems an english cottage, perfect for a couple with a son. "... se non son matti, non li vogliamo...". Ci troviamo in una via remota e tranquilla della Frazione Mombello di Laveno, a 3 Km dal lago, ma lo dominiamo dalla collina con una bellissima vista. L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto accogliente. Dal 1 di aprile 2023 è entrata in vigore " la tassa di soggiorno". Il costo è di euro 1,50 (a notte, per persona) per un massimo di 7 giorni.
