Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Casa Martina is a very bright, newly renovated apartment which enjoys a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore and the Rocca di Angera. Despite being in a quiet residential area, just 300 meters from a lovely beach, it is very close to shopping centres, supermarkets, restaurants and a pharmacy as well as only 50 minutes by train from Milan. The apartment is equipped with smart TV, dishwasher, air conditioning in the living area, washing machine, microwave, kettle, WIFI, Netflix and parking.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the villa surrounded by a garden. It is very bright and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a wardrobe; a living room with a sofa bed (2 seats), with a possible folding cot bed, a dining table and a curved flat-screen TV; a bathroom with a shower cabin, toilet, bidet and washing machine; a kitchen with an induction hob, a refrigerator, a microwave and everything you need to cook. From the house, places of high tourist interest are easily accessible: Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta, Monte Rosa and its valleys, Ticino Park; while Malpensa airport is only 18 km away (20 minutes by car). We will also be happy to offer the necessary assistance so that our guests can make the most of the interesting surrounding area.
