Estamos en el corazón de Les Guilleries, a 950 m altitud en un " Espai Natural protegit". Es un lugar ideal para descansar y hacer actividades. Es una masía restaurada, con espacios acogedores, actualizados y un aire rústico. El entorno permite aislarte del mundo, (9 km de pista forestal en buen estado). El núcleo urbano más cercano esta a 18 km, pero también esta cerca de lugares interesantes de visitar (históricos, culturales, gastronómicos..). El prado es una extensión del apartamento.

L'era d'en Jepet, countryside home near Barcelona

Typical catalan countryside house, recently refurbished maintaining its original charm and character. It is settled in the heart of the Penedès wine area, the perfect place to relax only 30min away from Barcelona, close to Montserrat, lots of great cellars to go wine tasting and next to the Club de Golf Barcelona. The house was built in 1840 in a rural, small village which is nowadays still surrounded by extensions of beautiful vineyards and olive trees. Registered Number: PB-001090-43

La Quintana del Grau

House located 3 km from Vic, in a rural setting, surrounded by fields, with views of the city of Vic and its surroundings. Each window is a natural scene that changes with the season. Fully fenced pool. Interior spiral staircase with safety barrier for the safety of children! The tourist tax, which is €1 per person per night, will be charged as an additional fee. MASIA LA CALSINA

Masia La Calsina has passed through the different generations of our family, it is older than the Montserrat Monastery itself, so we do not know its exact date of origin, although there are historical documents of the eleventh century of it in the national archive. We are fortunate to be able to live in the heart of the protected Natural Park of Montserrat Mountain, surrounded by tranquility and nature. We love our family's home, and we have always taken care of it with love.
