The house is located in the City Center, just near the Port and the little beach of "Petrolo". The apartment is composed by a living-room with a kitchen and a balcony, a double bedroom (upstairs) one room with a bunk bed, one bathroom. The location is very close to the main attractions of the area: you might have a great walking into the Zingaro Natural Park (20 minutes by car), or see the medieval town of Erice, the ancient greek temple of Segesta and the Village of Scopello. The street is very quiet but close to supermarkets (medium size), cafes, restaurants and other shops. You can walk to the Port where you can have a breakfast or a dinner just in front of the sea!

Da qui potete raggiungere a piedi la zona pedonale, il porto turistico, Piazza Petrolo con la sua spiaggia che dista solo 150mt. Ho cercato di conciliare la storia urbanistica del mio quartiere "La CHIUSA" , nel pieno centro storico e pedonale di Castellammare, con il design e l'arte moderna dei nostri tempi. Si trova in un posto strategicamente perfetto per raggiungere a piedi tutti i siti di interesse (Porto turistico, Castello Arabo Normanno, Villa comunale, spiaggia, vita notturna, ecc.) ma allo stesso tempo, in un angolo silenzioso e rilassante.
