Mauricio's space is very cozy and spacious, fully equipped, with air-conditioning in the bedroom and a fan in the living room. The house is very airy, has a garage and is located very close to the ferry to Ilhabela, which can be a key point for those who want to explore both São Sebastião and Ilhabela. Everything for basic necessities of everyday life is near. Mauritius has proven kind and proactive, with nice recommendations.

It was wonderful to stay, amazing view, excellent for me and my family. It was perfect! I recommend it and if it works out to return, I would stay again.

The stay was excellent, very peaceful and private. Very organized, comfortable and clean accommodation. New appliances, comfortable beds, in short, a lot of structure for those who will spend a short time. Easy access to beaches and restaurants. Host Stephanie is always very polite and kind. We went as a family and our stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, it has an excellent location within the condominium: close to the beach and in front of the market that the condominium has (which, by the way, has a fair price). The view from the balcony is of the mountains, which brings a lot of calm to the apartment. The car is parked in the garage and the entire check-in process was excellent. I recommend it!

Excellent experience. Without criticism, to make it perfect I suggest maintenance on the air-conditioning of the main suite (it does not cool properly) and ensure that at least the ceiling fan of suite 2 works, since there are technical difficulties for the corrective maintenance of the air-conditioning installed in this suite. Another important detail is the fact that there is no hygienic shower in any of the bathrooms. An exceptional apartment like this deserves some extra attention.

Excellent location, easy access to the wedding venues around, a good place to spend a stay. The only observation is the noise of air machines that seems to come from the market next door. Other than that, Would come back again

Excellent place, had everything we needed , well equipped . Very good location, stand in the sand, delicious pool, pool restaurant with attentive staff and delicious food!! Supermarket right next to the building, very practical . Manoela was attentive and kind all the time!

Apartment exactly as described. The condominium is great, with very helpful employees. Extremely secure. It has a market that has everything so we wouldn't need to have taken anything abosulantly. The caretaker, Mr. Pedro and his family were super friendly to helpful. Both rooms have their own bathroom and a downstairs bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay here with friends! The place had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcomed us warmly upon arrival, which made us feel instantly comfortable. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The path is short but steep, so it might be something to consider for those with reduced mobility. For us, it was no problem at all, and the peaceful surroundings more than made up for it. It’s a very quiet area, and we felt completely at ease during our stay. The garden is absolutely beautiful - lush and green, a perfect spot to relax. The house has two apartments on the ground floor, and the owners live above, which creates a nice balance of privacy and support if needed. There were quite a few mosquitos, but that’s completely normal on the island, so just bring repellent and you’ll be fine. Overall, a truly lovely experience. We’d definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Great apartment, very clean and comfortable, two blocks from the beach. Marcia was flexible for the check-in time, which is a plus... the only point to comment on is that you can hear a lot of noise from outside and music from the corner bar, everything else was perfect.

I stayed at the apartment in Juquehy and it was an excellent experience! The apartment is super cozy, with two well-equipped and comfortable en-suite bedrooms. The barbecue area is a highlight in itself — perfect for gathering friends or relaxing in the evening. The apartment is very well structured and comfortable, with everything working perfectly. The location is also a strong point: close to the beach and local shops, you can do everything on foot without having to take your car out of the garage, unless you want to explore other beaches in the region. The self check-in system is modern and practical, with digital locks that work very well and provide a lot of autonomy. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. I highly recommend it!

Great family accommodation. Comfortable, safe, clean, spacious, bright, airy apartment, well located and easy to access with quick check-in. Located in front of the beach and in a strategic location to go downtown or to explore/visit neighboring beaches. The host is extremely attentive and her answers are quick and decisive. This is a great place to stay in Caraguatatuba/SP.
