The townhouse is 150 meters from the beach, in the lower part we have a living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, toilet and a small backyard with barbecue. In the upper part, we have a large bedroom and a balcony. You'll be close to everything, market, pharmacy, restaurant and downtown. Do you want to sleep with the sound of the sea? You've found the right place. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE! BRING BED AND BATH LINEN. THERE IS NO PARKING SPACE. The street is very quiet, there is a guard on duty at night.

Amazing beach house in one of Sao Paulo's most sought after coastal destination. The house features a more rustic deco and a huge garden. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. Great space for families, couples and small groups of friends. Located near the Juquehy's main shops and restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket (Costa Azul). It is about 700 meters from the beach. Wonderful house in Juquehy!

Our house is perfect for families and small groups of friends. Very well lit and airy, in the middle of nature. We are 400 meters from the beach (12 min walk), in a quiet and safe street, of excellent location. The view of the beach and the islands is fantastic! HOLIDAYS= MINIMUM 3 NIGHTS
