Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Casselberry

This house was better than the listing. It is definitely a home designed with families with younger children in mind. It was very comfortable with tons of amenities for children. The house is close to several grocery stores and restaurants. Matt reached out before our stay and asked if we needed anything, I asked for recs for things to do with teens and he offered suggestions. He responded in a very friendly and timely manner. We had a great stay, I will definitely book this home again when I go to Winter Park. Also, I would like to mention that the checkout instructions are extremely reasonable, Matt does not require anything crazy or strenuous at checkout, it was very common sense things like not leaving food behind. I really appreciated this when I was in a hurry to leave that day. You also have full control of the thermostat while you are staying here. We only turned it to like 71, but I travel a lot and most places have the thermostat locked, so this was a treat.

I had a great stay at Juliana’s place! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The check-in process was smooth, and Juliana was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area, and I’d love to stay here again in the future!

Matt’s place was an amazing place to stay at if you’re looking for somewhere that feels cozy like home. The house was very nice & clean with lots of activities to do. He responded very quickly & was helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying here 10/10!

Leah was a great host and very responsive. The house was great for me and my family while traveling for work. Awesome location in great neighborhood. I felt safe for my family while at work during the day. The pool area was great and the accommodations were suitable for our family. My 3 children had a blast and they had enough room to space out when necessary. Thanks Leah again for our stay and being a great host.

Very nice inside and spacious backyards closed in games for the children and family to do lots of beds I like that you can shut the master door and everybody can still get to the bathroom as a huge thing for me.

Drove down for formula drift & it was the perfect spot in a quiet neighborhood! Very clean & tidy & the decor made you feel right at home. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

This home was absolutely perfect for a family or like we did a friend gathering. Everyone knows as adults it’s very hard to coordinate meetups and this home made it such a special time that we actually stayed in it more than leaving! Was stocked with everything possibly needed. The backyard was absolutely beautiful so we stayed out there more than not. The neighborhood was close to everything you might need. Grocery stores, liquor stores, shopping. 18 minutes away from downtown orlando, and about 30 minutes away from everything else! ubers were all under $30 going anywhere.

This was my 2nd stay because I enjoyed the 1st stay so much. I love the location, walkable to downtown Sanford. Always responsive to messages. Very clean and secure. I would recommend if your Central Florida travels bring you to downtown Sanford.

We were in town for my sons baseball tournament and this place was perfect. It was in a very convenient location, close to many things, and only 35 minutes from Disney springs. We appreciate that animals were allowed and that it was easy to walk a dog through the neighborhood.

The UCF Parents Retreat was absolutely perfect. It is just 10 minutes from campus! It’s a charming, cozy apartment that made us feel right at home. My daughter and I loved our stay, and even Lucy, our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, settled in immediately. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting UCF!

Quiet spot located near plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. Your 45 minutes from Kissimmee which is close enough for fun vet far enough for sanity.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay here. Although it was a short, 4 night trip, we felt right at home for the entirety of it! We were even welcomed with fresh lit candles to top it off. Throughout our stay the host had great communication and really outdid our expectations when he offered to start us a fire outside to enjoy the evening. The place was spotless and the bed was so so comfy! We look forward to staying here in the future!

Everything was lovely! My husband, daughter, and I stayed for my son’s graduation from UCF. It was so convenient and close to campus. Also, it was a peaceful retreat as described. Highly recommend!

There's a reason why Rafaela's place has a diamond next to it as a gem. It's in a great location close to all Disney parks, the rooms are decorated just like the photos with Moana and Buzz Lightyear (Toy Story), and there are a lot of thoughtful touches like the wireless charging pads in the bedrooms. The water park was a lot of fun and very walkable too. Whether you want to stay and play at the water park, go to the gym, or use it as a home base for a Disney adventure, there's a lot to like about the space. The beds were comfy too!

Marc’s place was truly a one of a kind! Really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here. Place was perfect!

Laura’s place was wonderful for my husband and I. It was our first time to Kissimmee. It is a very short distance from the parks and attractions. It was also close to quality restaurants and convenient gas stations. Laura’s studio was clean and represented what was expected from the photos. This is a very cozy location with pool and hot tub. Laundry and snacks were easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the price was in our budget!

We like this apartment very much. it's new and clean, location is also good, whole environment is good. The host reply very fast. will book it again when next time come. only not convenient is that can't stock luggage before check in and after check out.

Very clean, great area, quick response and well worth the money

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!
