Vacation rentals with a patio in Caspian Sea

The apartment is huge, nicely located, close to metro station (which is a big pro as Baku is a heavy congested city and using a taxi may be cheap but takes way longer time). Lyubov is quickly responding, giving advices about the city. One last remark at the end, as we were cheated by the taxi driver at the airport, the ride to the apartment is not worth more than 10-15 AZN :D

The owner was always attentive and willing to help if needed. The apartment is located in the historic centre of the city, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station. It is very simple, but well-equipped, with a fridge, washing machine, clothes rack, desk for working, good internet connection, mosquito window screen, and hot water supply. I'm happy with the value for money. Recommended!

We completely enjoyed our stay. The apartment was comfortable and offered everything we needed. The location is excellent. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Our host met us despite our late arrival. He checked on us throughout our stay and answered any question quickly.

I was surprised to find this house even better than it looked in the photos. The house was big and very well maintained. It was impressive how spotlessly clean it was kept. The host was extremely kind, accommodating and responsive. Communication was very smooth throughout my whole stay. I would definitely want to come back, and would for sure recommend this place to anyone travelling to Quba

The villa was as clean and neat as it gets. Looked like it’s brand new with everything was in order. The pool is well maintained. The location is excellent, next to a river and close by Gabaland Amusement Park. The stay was value for money and Host Manaf was very proactive and helpful. 5 stars in all categories. Strongly recommend.

Is a very beautiful place and the location is also good. We had a very nice stay there with our family. The house is nice. Very peaceful. Outside the kids had fun playing in the garden.
