You wouldn't need any tickets for the Formula 1, if you stay here as you can watch it all day from the balcony:) The apartment, which is in an architectural building, is close to everything. The famous Old City (Iceri Sheher) Metro is just 400 meters away. Less than 200 meters away is one of the Old City entrances, you can see it from the balcony:) Almost all sightseeings are there. The Fountain Square on Torgovi and Fountain Square is in just 9 minutes walking distance:)

This villa is located in a peaceful area, 30 min drive to the city and not far from the airport. Beach is 30 minutes walk. Guests can enjoy of indoor and outdoor swimming pool, playstation and pooltable. For stays over 3 days, there is a free daytime airport transfer (up to 4 people with limited baggage). Every second day we will change a bed linen. Above mentioned services are free of charge. Upon request we can provide a breakfast and dinner.
