Apartment vacation rentals in Caserta

Best decor apartment I have visited thus far (modern, fresh and clean). Extremely spacious and packed full of essentials (safe box too!) Host was very understanding and will try his/her best to accommodate timing of check-in & check-out. We needed this assistance and host did very well to help us! Location is very good for taxi/ car pick ups right infront of building door (facing the main road), walk to the main train station was 10mins, bright wide road (main road). Bonus: it’s very near a must visit original Napoli pizza restaurant. Old school classic caged lift inside a historical building exists and works well, but, needed to pay per use (very interesting and kinda entertaining). Bear in mind most if not ALL old buildings in Italy have some small steps from main door to lift/ central lobby, it’s only a matter of 3 steps or 10 steps - this only had a few which was good.

We had a family member who had a medical emergency while on a cruise, and he was brought to the Policlinico Hospital. I scrambled to find an Airbnb as close to the hospital as I could, and this place was absolutely IDEAL! Andrea was super responsive and kind, and he exhibited tremendous kindness and flexibility with our stay. We didn’t know how long we would need to be there, and he extended our stay and even gave us priority when someone else wanted to reserve it. The space itself is just great, and it met all our needs. We also were grateful for all the shops and restaurants in the close vicinity. If it weren’t for this flat, our very stressful and lengthy stay would have been so much worse, and I will forever be grateful to Andrea for doing everything he could to make our stay better.

We stayed at Carla’s for 5 nights and couldn’t have had a better time. Carla was a warm and generous host and the accommodation was very safe, secure and spotless. It is not true that nobody gets 5 stars as our experience certainly merits the highest possible rating.

Alessandra and Lorenzo are great hosts. Extremely kind and helpful, they actively took action to organize our arrival in the best possible way. The house is fantastic, super clean, modern and with everything you may need. If we go back to Naples, we'll come back here.

Mario is a great host and very responsive. The house is beautiful and looks better than in the picture. The ceiling is so high the pictures cannot do justice to the feel of the place. The paintings in the ceiling have better color than shows in the picture so the experience is really like sleeping in a historic museum. The amenities are modern and we have no problem with any of it. And Mario has a wealth of resource with organizing house cars and recommended places to visit and eat. Great overall experience!

Quiet apartment, overlooking the courtyard, and well decorated, true to the photos. 2 bedrooms with good bedding. Parking offered 500 m from the accommodation negotiated at €14 per day. The castle is very close on foot, as well as the shopping streets, with restaurants, small supermarket. Alessandra is a charming host, very responsive and attentive to arranging the different requests. Note that the breakfast kit is offered in quantity according to the number of people and the number of nights spent on site. An appreciated touch!

We stayed in 12 in Luciano's three connected apartments and it was a great experience. Everything was clean and Luciano was very helpful in resolving any issues. The location of the place is great!

Highly recommended if you are staying in Caserta to visit the Royal Palace. Cool, quiet very comfortable and stylish apartment. A short stroll from the Palace and supermarket closed by. Rasma and her husband were very helpful and welcoming.

We loved our stay at Michele and Monika’s apartment!! It was very well appointed with a full kitchen, 2 large bathrooms with sliding glass shower doors and thoughtful bath amenities. The apartment was absolutely immaculate and the layout and design elements were very comfortable and tastefully done. Michele met us at the property, showed us around and provided a list of restaurants, pharmacies, and local attractions plus parking information. It was one of the nicest AirB&B properties we’ve ever stayed in and we highly recommend their apartment if visiting Caserta and nearby surroundings!

I can’t say enough good things about this apartment and location. It was my wife, myself and a 2 and 1 year old. The place isn’t huge, but big enough for all of us. Very walkable to restaurants, and a great park just a block down, which my kids loved. Flavia, was amazing! We had to come last minute as another location we had was just not safe for the kids. She was gracious and helpful in getting us all booked for her place. She went out of her way to help us out, and we truly appreciate it.

Mr Antonio is a very welcome host. The BnB is located at the bottom floor of his private house, with separate entrance. The parking spot is behind automatic gate. He is a very nice person and eager to help. The language barrier was a bit of a problem, but for more complicated topics we used phone translation. Would recommend.

Fantastic location for enjoying Caserta, totally central to the town, walking distance to every central attraction including shopping, restaurants and the Reggia di Caserta. A very important added bonus is a free parking card in underground parking just a few steps away. OKOK, Caserta is a party town. The weekend starts on Monday evening and ends on Monday morning. But that's life in Caserta.... the town is a lot of fun and very safe and congenial. The surrounding hill towns are interesting to explore and get a flavor of old southern Italy. And Napoli and the ocean are a short day-trip away. The apartment is big and comfortable. All you need. Fabiana and her husband are at all times immediately available per text and as helpful as anyone could expect. A great place to stay for a week and get a real flavor for what it might be to live here. That's what appeals to me, to get that notion how it is to live there. This airbnb highly recommended. We very much enjoyed our stay in Maria & Alfonso's home ... the location/views of the water, numerous nearby restaurants, and vibe of being in the heart of the Chiaia area, plus their expansive apartment were all fabulous! They were very accommodating by allowing us to drop off our bags while the crew continued to clean before our check-in time (and the house was cleaned pristinely once we were in!), very responsive to any questions we had, and Alfonso was very helpful in coordinating our transport to NAP upon our departure!!!! We'd definitely look to stay with them at their home again!!!

Stayed with wife. Location of apartment was less than a minute from the busiest street in Napoli, but surprisingly very peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast is served round the corner at Andrea and Luigi's upmarket and busy cafe. It consisted of coffee and large croissant each. Very nice. We had a minor hiccup with our taxi to the airport but Luigi sorted it for us and we were very grateful. He said "hey, it's my job". They care about their guests and its not just some grotty Airbnb appartment like i've stayed at before.

We spent a night at Donato's place and had a really good time. The check-in and checkout instructions were very clear and precise, it was impossible to go wrong. The house is very nice, spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need to have a great stay. The location was also excellent, central but in a street that was not really a thoroughfare and therefore quiet. In a five-minute walk, we arrived at the Royal Palace of Caserta. Overall, a great experience that I would recommend to everyone

Great stay and an even better host. Antonio was super easy to communicate with and the unit was better than described. Location was perfect for seeing the Palace and the lively downtown. Would definitely recommend.

Domenico is a very friendly and precise person, the accommodation is very clean and equipped with many amenities. I didn't find anything wrong, we had a great time.

Marco’s mother greeted us and showed us through the apartment and explained everything to us. They also had many recommendations for eating and sightseeing. Lovely apartment in the heart of old town, but extremely quiet. Lovely view from the rooftop garden. Will hopefully stay again one day.
