Upon request, you can use the outdoor kitchen to organize unforgettable barbecues and cook in a spectacular wood-burning oven.

The apartment has been recently renovated and it is situated above a local winery, Dacapo Cà ed Balos, which will make your stay even more special. Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

The accommodation is located in an ancient stone building once used as a stable with an adjoining barn. The building is located on top of a hill from which you can enjoy a wide 360-degree view of the surrounding landscape, dotted with vineyards and medieval villages. In addition to breakfast, you can enjoy the restaurant service based on local products accompanied by the PDO wines (white and red) we produce.
