On the ground floor a living room and a large kitchen, on the first floor your bedroom, balcony and bathroom. You will be guests in the house where I normally live. Take care of it :)

Our stay in Lombardy was excellent in Flavia's appartment. It's roomy, clean and has all you need while also feeling very spacious. Flavia went above and beyond with a beautifully setup babybed in the bedroom and a children's seat in the living room. She was always very kind and respondes quickly. Since she lives in the adjecent house we ran into eachother multiple occasions. And although our son already had many toys to play with in the garden she was happy to get some more to entertain him. The apartment is near the village centre with a bakery, gellataria, and a few restaurants. So even though there is a lot to do in the area you can find almost all your needs on foot which is a big plus. We parked our car in the private garage which is convenient since parking spots are quite sparse in Italy, and it was easy to load and unload for our next day trip. All in all we had a great time in Italy and we were super happy with Flavia as our host.

The accommodation is stylish on the outside and clean and very well equipped on the inside. Communication is easy and the hosts are very friendly. The restaurant directly downstairs offers very good pizzas and other dishes. The accommodation is located at the mouth of a ring-shaped one-way street, with the guidance of the hosts it is still easy to find. You also have free parking right outside the front door. I'd love to come back.

We had a super cozy stay at Marko's lovely house. Very clean and well stocked. There is not much soul in the local area and few and not so welcoming restaurants but we took small trips to e.g. Lake Maggiore and there are many small cozy towns. Arona is also worth a visit. We can really recommend Marko's house. Thank you for your stay, Marko.

The apartment is incredible. Francesca was friendly, responsive and the check in process was seamless. The food at Delfino (the adjacent and associate hotel/restaurant) was delicious and the service wonderful. AND, of course, the island is magical. A wonderful place to spend a few days!

We were two adults and 3 small children, spending a long weekend in the Tiny House. The location is just perfect, a secluded little heaven with a beautiful garden. Our children loved the outside space, the dogs and the horses. The house was comfortable. Chiara was very friendly and responsive to our requests. We enjoyed our stay and would come back any time :)

Would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone wishing for a quiet but convenient location near the south of Lake Maggiore.
