Very nice, spacious and clean house. The village is quiet, surrounded by greenery, but easily accessible. Friendly hosts. Great communication.

This apartment is located in the middle of the town within 5 minutes walk to everything in Casale town center. The host was very responsive to my questions. The apartment had 2 large bedrooms and a large living room area. Only issue was no air conditioning. there was a portable air conditioning unit but we couldn't use it because the vent was not in apartment. but overall great host and apartment!

Five stars all around. Friendly and professional host. Spacious, well-equipped, and spotless place. Gorgeous neighborhood (I especially enjoyed my early AM walk to Rosignano during which I saw a deer). And of course the pool makes it a real crowd pleaser for the kids and the adults in the warm Monferrato sun.

We had a fantastic time at Filippo’s. They ensured that we didn’t have any stairs, as we were travelling with our 3 children ( 4,1,1). The property was super clean, had everything you needed and amazing scenery. The staff recommended Vineria Del Pozzo for authentic Italian meals from the area and it did not disappoint. Thank you for a fantastic stay Filippo we would definitely come back again soon!
