Only 2 things: the absence of an elevator not specified (if I didn't read it, I apologize), and the front door should be screened (maybe with a curtain) because at night the light of the stairs turns on and off continuously, creating annoyance. Apart from these 2 details, however, I recommend the accommodation because it is really great. Geazie
